Terrible experience

Took my online order. Three days later got confirmation saying we will need up to fourteen days to review. Twenty days laterI got an email stating they are still reviewing it. No close communication, no access by phone, no evidence of product availability and a complete disregard of customer service.

Horrible company to deal with…Purchased…

Horrible company to deal with…Purchased flooring that was offered on their website only to be told the product was discontinued. I ask for money back and they stopped replying to my request. I have been told that someone would get back to me; yet nothing. This has been ongoing for one year. $1600 total. Garbage customer service. Crooks!

Mine and neighbors lawns

This Home builder put my lawn in December of 2024. This did not give the lawn time to take root. I tried all spring and summer to try and get grass to grow but it just wouldn't grow.

Now I have several bare spots will the grass will not grow and they are trying to blame my dog for this.

My dog did use the lawn but there is no way he caused all the problems in the back yard as well.

My house is not the only one in the Day Farm development almost all the home has issues with bare spots in the front and well as grass that would not grow in the back.

I would not ever buy another home from them they say the lawn is my problem and they will do nothing about it.

Also several new homes in new phase have had people move in earlier in December this year than I did last year and their lawns were not put in.

Don't use Super Arbor

Honestly, one of the work order experiences I've have. If you only want aggravation from a company and nothing else, try Super Arbor. They literally don't give you the product you order or a reason why they can't, they can't even return your messages or calls when their AI customer service says they will.
I waited over 20 days for simple order for fiberglass insulation.... Nothing. There are so many other companies out there that want your business and with work with you. I got my floor insulation for someone else. It took 5 days and $30 more dollars than Super Arbor quoted, to get me the 500sqft of insulation from Insulation4US. I try saving a bit of money and got aggravated instead; lesson learned.

How could anyone think this is not a…

How could anyone think this is not a complete scam? The AI voice is the first indication, then "price change" scam is next. Then when you want to pick up at their location in person, they need your zip code and info to "locate the nearest warehouse". The only thing I expect from this interaction is a hoard of spam calls and texts.

I had to cancel my order after waiting 7 days for a status update, or any kind of update...

I had to cancel my order after waiting seven days to receive some kind of email providing status of my order. Despite sending emails requesting an update, I never received a response. I eventually called and spoke with Paige, who was unable to provide any meaningful information beyond confirming that my order was still "pending approval". When I requested a cancellation, I was told that even the cancellation itself would be "pending approval," which was extremely frustrating. All I wanted was to receive a door within a reasonable timeframe, ideally within a week. I sincerely hope the cancellation and refund process does not take as long as the order approval.

Bait and Switch?

Found what I was looking for on their website '37 in. W x 19 in. D Granite Vanity Top in Golden Hill' at a price of $238.14. Clicked on it and was given a price of $310.49 in the cart. Queried customer service and they said the lower was an 'old' price. However, looked again a day later and everything still the same, so either they don't keep their web site up to date or they are trying bait and switch. Either way I'm not doing business with them.

Ordered an item and never got it

Ordered an item and never got it. Sent several emails and made several phone calls and never received a reply or call back. I can't seem to get ahold of a person at this company to ask for refund. Worst customer service ever. SCAM

Acacia butcher block order

I ordered an Acacia butcher block and was told they received my order but it never did ship. They didn’t charge me but I couldn’t get a response from them stating why or if it shipped. It’s been over 4 weeks so I sent an email to cancel with no response again. This is the worst customer service ever.

… follow up 2 weeks later, the flooring was out of stock and only found out after I sent a live chat message. Then was told I had to email them to request a cancellation! I attempted to contact them sooner; however, you can’t get ahold of a live person if your order is under $1000.
