I have 2 workbenches from this company and I'm about to purchase a third great quality and strong construction. Easy to assemble this is the reason I will be filling my workshop with these products.

So impressed. Not easy to put together but worth every penny. Definitely would buy again if I needed another work bench.

Great strongly built Bin Store.
We looked at lots of these storage bins and settled on these ones. Really strong, treated wood and after a little fiddle all 3 bin bays secured together. Lids are heavy duty so no chance of blowing off.
Delivered really promptly too with no dilly over packing.

Everything went as expected and the store assembly was very easy by following the instructions.

Before purchase i queried the height of the beach and received a very quick response (great), with a message the height could be personalised for no extra charge (great). It arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. Great service, great product

Well made product delivered on time with easy to follow build instructions although a power screwdriver is really needed.

Ordered on line. Delivered when they advised they would on time, placed where I asked. I followed the instructions to assemble my log store didn't take long and looks really good. Not bad for a retired lady without any help.😀🪛

Delivery was a bit late in the day considering we are only 2 miles away but really well made with good quality timber used, would certainly recommend

The Workbench with drawers is a very sturdy piece of furniture and perfect for my workshop, so I'm leaving a 5 star review. The delivery to London took the whole of the estimate period, it wasn't late but I had hoped it would arrive a bit sooner (I had to email them to chase, and then it was delivered the next day).

The instructions were terrible. I had the 5 foot bench, the instructions showed a larger model, which was mostly OK, except that on the picture they showed the middle panel with the drawer rails on the "inside" of the centre top support beam, in reality on my model this piece is affixed to the "outside" of that support. There was also nothing to indicate that this centre support wasn't actually in the centre- it was a couple of inches off, so there was a "right side" for the drawers and the other for the shelves. It took me ages to understand why nothing lined up- turns out I was building the drawers on the wrong side of that support beam. Once I figured that out, the assembly was quick and easy. I wasted nearly two hours for want of a simple sentence missing from the instructions "Please note, on the 5ft model the drawers are affixed on the side that is XXinches long, and to the outside of the middle beam, not like in the picture".

Other than that frustraton, I am happy with the end product. One of the handles cracked when attaching it, and they posted a new one out to me straight away- this was great customer service.

Delighted with our new potting table. Easy to assemble with clear instructions. Really appreciated the pre-drilled holes. Highly recommend.

Wood stores came quickly and all parts were exactly as stated. Both went together very cleanly with good instructions.
Overall, nice, quick and simple build with great quality parts. Excellent.

From the moment I made the purchase there were email updates on my order. When I received the email on the delivery date which didn't have a specific time frame I gave Arbor a call and they were extremely helpful and stated they would get the delivery driver to call me 30mins from when they would be at my address. This was great as I needed to go out for a short period of time and could let my neighbour to keep an eye out and accept the delivery for me.

One of the posts I received was warped. I emailed the company on a Saturday, not expecting a response until the the Monday following. I received a reply the same day and a replacement post in the exact timescale promised by the Company. I used the QR code supplied with the paperwork to download the assembly instructions. There appear to be two errors. There are words missing in Step 8, so it doesn't make any sense. Also, I think someone should check the maths in Step 2 in light of the change in the design. The amount to be cut off the length of the post if it has to be modified is 50mm longer than printed (I think !)
