Charlie was always so fast at replying, it made me feel like very valued. She has always been extremely helpful when I needed any help or support and I couldn’t have asked for a speedier or more professional service.

Our consultant Chantae has been very helpful and accommodating to our situation. She turned around our report so quickly which helped us enormously and for that we are very grateful.

Great company to work with and they have a wide range of qualified experts who provide professional and detailed reports/services. In order to apply for planning permission I needed an extensive list of surveys carried out, Arbtech completed these in a timely manner and to an extreme high quality.

I had a PRA carried out recently by Arbtech, the experience from start to finish was excellent, the ecologist was excellent, and my report arrived exactly when I was told it would do, I am very pleased with the service from Arbtech and would certainly use them again

We had onerous and unreasonable conditions as part of the permission and the various officers went out of their way to create hurdles and were unwilling to explain clearly what they required.

In desperation I stumbled on Arbtech Geo Environmental department, it was a revelation. I dealt with Charlie who went out of her way to deliver the contamination report, it was the first time I felt that someone was helping rather than hindering the project. The report was available in 2 days.

Charlie is outstanding.

We will now use Arbtech to complete all of the remaining conditions and always use it in the future, in particular the Geo Environmental department

Awful company, awful management. They owe a lot of people, a lot of money. Consultants do their best but are up against the clock and rush everything. Rushed work does not equal anything that is good quality. Do not take a job working for or with this company, client or consultant. They are atrocious!!!!
