Andy was brilliant with helping us choose our new car, he was able to answer any questions we had and was very welcoming.

He wasn't available on the day we picked the car up but had already sorted out almost everything so the pickup process was as smooth as possible.

Spent over £40K end of November on 2 Peugeot 208s , one GT and one Allure , phoned today to ask if they can adjust the headlights on the GT , no call back which they promised, so I phoned them again, they want the car for the WHOLE DAY to adjust the headlights 5 minute job , told me I could have a curtesy car for £25 , DISGRACEFUL NO. SERVICE FROM ARBURY BROMSGROVE, WE HAVE HAD YOUR MONEY SO TOUGH LUCK ATTITUDE, WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM YOU AGAIN, SHOCKING!!!!! Dealt with Luke with our purchase and 100% from the first call all the way to collection of the car and even when we had a small warranty issue it wasn’t a problem and soon resolved even with it also being a used car. It’s clear to see that Luke has a great team that all work hard together for the end result to be the best it can.

Josh was an absolute pleasure to meet at Arbury Leamington Spa. He arranged viewing of a vehicle at very short notice and nothing was too much trouble.
