Just Brilliant, the quality is great and the service is outstanding. DPD didn't take great care on delivery of item but the geeksquad couldn't be more helpful with sorting things out. If your thinking of buying an arcade machine then don't look anywhere else as you won't be let down by this company.

Ordered Rocky arcade machine for my son’s birthday and he absolutely loves it.

Arcade machine is made to a very high standard and would definitely recommend to friends and family!!!!!!
Person i spoke to was very helpful and ensured I received my Arcade machine today due to previous delays out of there control.
One thing they could improve in there service is prior to making the machine maybe send the design out to the customer to ensure happy as minor error on the rocky machine which my son noticed was an Australian flag behind Rocky and Apollo when should be American.

I used to use all my pocket money playing Gorf back in 81

Now I can play it whenever I want...

Brilliant the arcade machine arrived on time and worked brilliantly and was so easy to use straight out of the box.

Received my arcade machine yesterday (Batman/Joker), firstly the quality of the decal is first class and with over 8000 games this will keep me quiet for a long time. It was a big investment but well worth the money, really pleased with it. The after support has been brilliant.

An outstanding product and amazing customer support. My wife bought this machine for me as a present. It was something I didn't really know I needed...but when it arrived I was completely blown away by the quality of the build and the selection of games. We had one or two issues during the first week and the team dealt with them immediately: what I have now is literally a recreation of every arcade machine I played during the 80s, all rolled into one package. I've already chalked up hours on it. Highly recommended.

Purchased a Marvel arcade machine for my husbands 50th. Arrived when it said would arrive. Service and communications have been 1st class. Throughly impressed with machine. Everybody that has visited us since has jumped straight on it to play games. Well worth the money. Highly recommended.

Bought a Star Wars AG classic machine and asked for custom trim, illuminated buttons and joystick. All completed to a great standard, requested delivery on a certain date and was delivered exactly when requested.

Delighted with the machine, quality is outstanding. Service was brilliant, always replied straight away.
As said in other reviews, pics don’t do the machines justice. They really are so thing else.

Just had back to the future theme arcade machine with the pro games package 8000 games.couldn’t believe the very high quality when got it all out of the box.looks absolutely stunning.the picture online don’t do it justice till you see it in the flesh.absolute pleasure to do business with.any query I had was answered straight away.was told every step of the way from ordering to getting delivered.if you want to relive some fond childhood memories save up and get one of these you won’t be disappointed at all.thanx guys for first class service

I gave arcade geeks 5 stars because the whole experience was very satisfying the service was very good and the staff were excellent very friendly the machine I bought was better than what I imagined it would be.the machine arrived on the day they said it would very easy to set up.i would strongly recommend arcade geeks to anyone who is looking for a bit of nostalgia with all the arcade classic video games.i am extremely happy with mine and when I finally move into a bigger house I will seriously consider buying a 2nd arcade classic machine 5 stars plus thanks arcade geeks a very satisfied customer Roy
