They picked the lowest quality top-bat, with a stain-like factory issue.

It is obvious by now this company has disappeared. I was lucky enough to get a refund from PayPal. I found the company that actually makes the arcade cabinet kits (Knockout Arcades) and bought from them and got my upright cabinet kit within a week. So happy with that result.

Bought from multiple times, they are very knowledgeable, they have decent stock, everything was sent well packaged. Happy with items and the communication beforehand with the prompt answering of questions.
NOTE: For some reason the site is down so be careful, I ordered my stuff in March and it was all fine but others are having issues.

I purchased a bar top cabinet a few weeks ago and all of a sudden the site went down. I could not email or call the company. I got in touch with Barclays and disputed it and got my money back thankfully. Do not use this company!

Been waiting weeks for a (back)order on some parts, now they up and vanished from everywhere, including all their social medias, ebay store, email inbox is not functional and the website is down.

I ordered some bits from them a couple of weeks back through the Eaby site. A day after the purchase I had a dispatch notification but 7 days later Royal Mail still says they have not received the parcel.

Now the website, Facebook page and eBay store along with another company he ran The Cheshire Boutique have all been taken down. They have taken the money and run.

The almost 5 stars rating from AWUK will go down quickly I think.
We ordered for more than £1400,00
of products 5 weeks ago and till now we haven't received anything.
When checking the website yesterday I saw it was offline and Email does not work either.
We always had good contact with Andy (the owner of AWUK) and now, after all those years he let us down.
Money gone, friendship gone.
I'm really sad about this Andy!

Placed an order couple of weeks ago, chased up order, got a reply they would get back to me. Never did. Now site is down and email doesn't work. They have dissappeared. Beware avoid. Now have to claim with paypal.

I recently ordered with Arcade World UK. Didn't get a notification after 5 days that the item was sent, so I checked up on it. The Arcade World Website was unreachable, so was their facebook page.
I found their Email and contacted them and got an auto notification that the Mail Box was unreachable.

Basically it seems that my money went down the drain. Very unfortunate! Thankfully I didn't order anything big from them.

Update: Site is still down, Email is still unreachable. Contacted Paypal for my Refund. Avoid this site at all costs, even if it comes up again! Extremly bad experience.

Over the past few months we have purchased loads of parts (buttons, joysticks, Pandora, switches, harness) and a couple of cabinets from Arcade World. Andy has been a superstar and the parts are super quality.

I repeatedly order from Arcade World. The items are well priced and delivery is good with plenty of communication and progress updates

Excellent service quick and great website

They used to be great when UK was still part of EU. I used to buy a lot from them, but now, because of damned Brexit and customs, I no longer buy from them and have to buy from Spanish and German stored. I'd like to have them back in our common market.
