They don't understand English and could care less about sales - Site has issues too

Last night I was given their site. I went to it & filled out the form to get 10% off.

It told me there was an error when I put in my email address.

I then clicked on the chat icon and tried to type but I couldn't because the popup was stopping me even though my cursor was in the chat box.

I closed the popup, tried again and waited while typing what happened.

I was surprised that someone came on quickly, but then they asked how they could help.

I said ? Do you not understand English?

I'm so sick of every company hiring low IQ 3rd world country people to do their tech support or customer service and they don't even understand English.

The person disappeared.

After a couple of minutes I said hello?

They ignored me again and I never got an email either even though I put it in their chat box.

I was literally going to buy from them.

Terrible company.
