This store is A scammer! They meant to sell horrible quality washing machines!
It has broken into pieces inside the machine after a very short period of use, told them they shouldn't sell faulty items and they said nothing they could do. They have broken the law under Section 23 of the Consumer Rights Act.
I sued them in the court and waited for the judge. Horrible business.
Don’t buy stuff from this disgusting store .

Child lock goes on and doesn't come off followed all instructions and nothing had the tech guy come arround and paid as much as the oven costs tu get it fixed and I am now waiting for the oven to cool down so I can open the door. They are crap

60cm oven is the worst oven I have ever experienced. Cannot regulate the heat which just belts out the back of it too close to the food. My sponge cake boiled at only 160 degrees. Will need to replace. It's junk.

No fitting no removal of the old cooker as promised, apparently the fitter was not answering his phone, save yourself the hassle and use a well known store.At this point I have a cooker but no way of using it, is it going to work?

MY OVEN WAS INSTALLED APPROXIMATELY 3YEARS AGO ...BUT UNFORTUNATELY FOR ME MY OVEN IS NOT HEATING ANYMORE ,THE FAN STILL WORKS ,LIGHTS ETC.....OUT OF WARRANTY NATURALLY QUESTIONING MYSELF IF I SHOULD SEE IF I CAN AFFORD TOO REPAIR IT OR SAVE UP FOR A NEW AND DIFFERENT BRAND .....I ALWAYS THOUGHT OVENS,FRIDGES,WASHING MACHINES ARE MEANT TOO LAST FOR MANY YEARS ......A BOTTOM LINE COMMENT IS ..ENJOY THE OVEN,DONT BOND WITH IT THE OVEN WILL BE SHORT-LIVED 😡!!!!!!

Arc Appliances do not keep their word and sell electric products that don't last. They give you a 2 year guarantee but it's worth nothing. Not only is my appliance faulty - they pass the buck and deny responsibility when they are legally bound to make it right. When I had my product installed by them it was incorrectly fitted after a 3 week wait from having it delivered - the owner lied about the engineer being ill - and when he did come it was badly fitted and all sorts of problems have developed and they deny all responsibility . They knew about it from the beginning but denied it. I've tried everything so I guess the next step is court .
