I have nothing but praise for this…

I have nothing but praise for this company. Any time I needed help I was able to get a response within the hour. As far as the product itself, everything works beautifully. I have made two purchases from them to help round out my garage and wouldn't hesitate to return for another if the time comes.

The 55XT cuts pretty well

The 55XT cuts pretty well.
The problem with these machines is that YOU CANNOT SEE THE LED AMPERAGE OR AIR PRESSURE SCREEN. The numbers are barely legible in the shop. Not visible at all outside.
Great for all you night welders I guess.

5 stars all around

5 stars all around. Shipping time was within days of ordering. Excellent price for what the machine says it can do. We had one issue trying to strike an arc wire welding. Sent Whitney a video of how the machine was set up and she caught the issue immediately. Did not have the polarity adapter connected. Made the connection and the machine works beautifully... Very satisfied with this company and their product.

Customer service

I ordered an Arccaptain Mig 200 and it arrived in perfect condition but missing the advertised selection of Mig wire drive rollers. I emailed customer service asking to please send them. They immediately contacted me to rectify the situation and within 2 days the rollers were in the mail. This was exceptional service and I highly recommend Arccaptain not only for the great service but for putting together an affordable and of excellent quality welding machine. Thank you Arccaptain.

So far so good

I ordered the new mig 205 MP, I just received it so I haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but so far my experience with Arccaptain has been very positive. I've had a couple questions and concerns while waiting to receive my order and they have been very prompt and accommodating in their responses and response time. You have to email them for communication but so far they have responded to me within 12 hours each time I reached out to them.

Arccaptain is a scam company

Arccaptain is a scam company! They are thieves and criminals. They took my money and shipped me an empty box, then tried to deny it. They lie repeatedly, even going so far as to say it is impossible to ship an empty box (yet the shipping weight on the FedEx label would say otherwise!)

I am Still fighting to get my money back from them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE FOLKS!

Good Customer Service makes all the difference!

Would be a five star but for missing Christmas deadline, and mixing up the order a bit. One part of a two piece order arrived on time with a second piece that was not what I ordered. Also some fragile pieces were broken on shipment… package arrived looking like the Samsonite gorilla had delivered it! HOWEVER, I contacted Arc Captain through the email provided and received prompt replies and a request for pictures of what I had received. I sent those and was told the right part and replacement pieces would be sent soon. It took about a week and I received everything as promised. I was not asked to return the incorrect portion of my order tho I had offered. I think Arc Captain handled everything professionally and in a reasonable amount of time given the holiday season. We will definitely continue to do business with Arc Captain due to the quality of their customer service.

The company was very responsive of my needs. After I had ordered a Cut 50 I decided I would rather have the Cut 50 Pro. They recalled the original UPS order and credited me back for it even after it had been shipped. I have received the 55pro. Very easy to set up. I just made one practice cut and it seems to work very well I am very happy with the service and the product!

As of right now it’s a 2 star. Started off bad with purchasing the MIG205MP. On the day that said welder was supposed to be delivered all I received was the flu fluxcore wire. Tried calling and got someone that barely spoke English and had a had time understanding what I was asking. Sent and email to support and two days later they responded with we send everything out separately and only give you one tracking number. They did give me all the tracking numbers and supposedly welder is on its way. I have been receiving small items everyday. To say this company is unprofessional is accurate. Why would you not send all the tracking numbers when someone orders there product? There was also back order stuff that they told me about after three emails back and forth. Heads up on emails they will only send you one email a day. I am in the mid west and receive it around 2am everyday. Will change star when welder shows up and everything works as advertised.

Purchased a TIG 200 P. Or of the box it didn’t work. No gas flow. After a quick assessment by their technician they decided to replace the unit. Received the new one and it works perfectly.
