Great for golf trips
I’ve been using arccos for years (since before they were subscription). Can’t say the data has made me a better golfer, but it is super cool to be able to look back on memorable holes and rounds. My dad could never get used to the weight of the sensors, but I’m used to it
Very poor customer service
Used the app for a year and was happy with stats and info provided. Sadly got an injury which meant no more golf for me. Followed the instructions on the app to cancel my subscription 3 weeks before renewal - no response, sent another email as instructed on the app, no response - there is no other way to cancel. Renewal came and money taken from my bank. Eventually on the 4th email got a response saying they would cancel then I would have to wait 10 days for a refund. Pathetic service.
Scam company
Signed up for a free trial only to be charged immediately
Dreadful Customer Service - now a useless product!
Great when it worked then it stopped working and GPS could not track me via my watch. Yardages inaccurate and stuck on holes without being able to move it on. I had 880 yards to the hole at one point! Contacted customers service, no help with the issues just ‘Thank you for the feedback’ basically didn’t care and they have my cash so thanks very much now go run and jump for a refund as I was out with my first 30 days!! Now left with a useless subscription for 10 months. Waste of Money!!
Great product with cool stats
Great product, love all the stats it gives me and on course assistance
Absolute disgrace
Absolute disgrace. Charged me yearly subscription during free trial and did not refund the money even though i cancelled it. Customer service was 0/5, like talking to a tree. And also the app did not work properly, gps was poor and ai caddy was useless. Would not recommend this service to anyone
Crap product. Cancelled and kept charging me!
Very poor product that I cancelled membership for back in 2021 only to discover just now that they've continued to charge me $155 for the past two years! Shocking organisation with a flakey product

I just played 18 holes and the system only tracked 3. Trying to review the course I get a caddy error. The old system with the phone worked better. Thinking with the link would it would be better I tossed all of my sensors. I feel like I just wasted a couple hundred dollars. Ed
Last Saturday I tried to purchase
Last Saturday I tried to purchase, and kept getting message “Something went wrong contact customer support”. I sent email explaining their site wasn’t allowing me to purchase.
5 days later, no response. My issue is, if I can’t get support for 5 days, what happens if I do purchase and have a product issue??? My two friends who already own Arccos said, “there support SUCKS”. Wow!
Received faulty putter sensor. Awful experience of customer support.
Received a brand new set of sensors. Unfortunately the putter sensor doesn't pair/work and without the putter sensor you can't use the system at all.
Have sent endless emails asking for a replacement sensor and all I receive are vague nonsensical replies. Below is the latest example;
"Hi Michael,
Thank you for reaching out to the Arccos Golf Team and this order did not include a putter sensor?"
What are they on about. I have written in as simple english as I can but to no avail.
This review is about their customer service. As to the sensors i can't comment as I am yet to try them out!!!!
Very unreliable product that promises…
Very unreliable product that promises so much, too much.
The main advantage to me that Arccoss has over competitors such as Game Golf and Shotscope ; which I have used extensively previously, are the clearer Strokes Gained analysis and that the Phone Display SHOULD prevent the need for post round edits as none of these systems are perfect but if you can update any missed shots as you go along, then it should just require a quick update at the end of the round prior to submission, tedious post round editing SHOULD be eliminated.
Unfortunately of approx 50 rounds played using Arccoss to date, maybe 2 or 3 have worked as intended, most of the time one of the sensors fails at least for 2 or 3 shots a round and there are some other less serious issues down to course mapping errors or perhaps GPS tracking anomalies.
This makes Arccos a frustrating system to use as you have to spend more time trying to correct missed shots instead of thinking about the game.
I am persevering a little more and will update you in a further month or two as I am sincerely hoping that they will be ironing out these issues soon although I am losing confidence and may revert back to Shotscope soon.
One very good aspect of Arccoss, the support crew are very responsive and do turn sensor replacement requests and other support querires around pretty quickly, but that does not unfortunately make up for the poor product quality/reliability, unfortunately, not today anyway.

Worst product ever
Worst product ever. Wont work half the time. Sensors brake within weeks. Wont register on park courses. If there is a tree in site. Wont work. Can't repair. Waste of money

Similar to other posts, only works with iPhone and Samsung but this is not stated in the marketing. Waste of money, very unhappy

Waste of time will not work with most phones. Got mine during lockdown so unable to use but they still took £75 off me. I asked for a refund but didnt get one because 30 days had passed. Absolute joke stay well clear. Better product out there.

After you post 4 or 5 rounds the connection is great to the phone and records 99% of shots taken. Impressed with it and looking forward to using them all through the summer.
Golf game mapping and analysis
I have only been using the Arccosgolf system for a short time, but I am sufficiently enthusiastic to have decided that I will continue after the 3 months trial period.
The greatest weakness is that not all shots are registered, because it is depends completely on the quality of the connection between the telephone in your pocket and the sensor on your club.
My experience is that it is is 5-10 % of the shots, but after the round while I still remember what happened I add the missing shots on the telephone. And then when you come home you can analyze everything on the computer.
I have already learned a lot about my game, and I think the system is worth the money.
Arccos Golf does not work well
Arccos Golf does not work well. It is a frustrating waste of money. The system misses several to many shots per round for no obvious reason, which requires one to constantly monitor it during the round and fiddle to correct missed entries and other mistakes. If it misses your second shot, suddenly you've recorded a 400+ yard drive. It can miss a few shots in a row and suddenly you've recorded a 6 iron on #7 going 300 yards to #8 without the actual putts and drive being recorded. I've used the product on several different courses and every round has been poorly recorded, some much worse than others. The Arccos concept sounds great. It sounds like it is seamlessly integrated. Unfortunately, it does not work nearly as well as claimed. As a relatively new technology I wasn't expecting perfection, but I was expecting "decent" and Arccos is not, in my opinion, a decent product.
