Amazon claims - What a Joke !

Property damaged by Amazon delivery drive faking photos of posting items on a Shut Letter box, prior to posting it ! Where the items are smashed and damaged as well as the door & letterbox, CCTV shows they were responsible and faking the image,
Spent ages yesterday with Amazon Chat 45 minutes - Take the Gift voucher ! As these Jokers messaging at 11:39pm and want CCTV to which you can't send the file size over 25mb email, so claim rejected with barely clear English one liners from Kelly !!!

Amazon do not pay for damage to property

Absolutely agree with the other two reviews. Check out Facebook reviews on ARC Amazon. Despite supplying concrete evidence ie indisputable cctv footage and eye witnesses they will still not pay out. Just a waste of time and in my case the anout of £240 lies below my home insurance excess otherwise I’d go to them to squeeze Amazon for it. At the end of the day Amazon lose out as im closing my account with them and as i order a huge amount weekly from them they have lost a big customer

Amazon's license to damage private property

Arc Claims Management is simply the methodology by which Amazon denies liability for the damage done to private property by their fulfillment and delivery teams. This ethically bankrupt company is contracted by Amazon with the sole purpose of creating space between Amazon and any damages done by their fulfillment teams. Mine is one example of many (check others out online, there are plenty) where my vehicle was damaged during a delivery and fulfillment. No liability was accepted by Arc Claims Management (ARC Global Risk) despite providing statements and photographic evidence.
