Terrible experience

I decided to give this dental practice a chance despite seeing a number of negative reviews online, but unfortunately my experience ended up reflecting exactly the same issues others had mentioned.
For my first appointment, I was specifically told to arrive 15 minutes early. My appointment was at 1:00 pm, so I arrived at 12:45 pm as instructed. However, when I got there the practice was closed for lunch. There was a member of staff inside who could clearly see me waiting outside with my four-week-old baby, but she refused to let me in and was quite rude about it. It was frustrating and honestly a bit shocking, especially given that I had followed their instructions exactly.
My second experience was even worse. I had accidentally put the wrong date in my calendar, and I received a phone call from the practice just three minutes after the appointment start time saying I hadn’t arrived. The receptionist immediately told me they would be charging me the full £80 missed appointment deposit. I explained the mistake and said I could get there quickly and still make the appointment before it finished, but she refused outright and said the £80 charge would be applied regardless of whether I arrived shortly after.
The conversation felt very hostile and completely lacking in understanding or flexibility. There was no attempt to accommodate the situation at all, even though the appointment had only just started and I was willing to come immediately.
Overall, the customer service I experienced was extremely disappointing and unnecessarily rude. Given the strict policies and the way patients are spoken to, I would not recommend this practice.

Arch Dental: Where Masks Are Still the Star

Visited Arch Dental, the hottest spot for mask enthusiasts. Despite the world moving on, they're still rocking the mask mandate. Shared my breathing condition drama, and they hit me with a classic, "We have no exemptions here." Bravo.

Then they sent me and my 5 years old to enjoy the cold, rainy waiting area—because who doesn't love an outdoor spa day?

Got a love letter later, claiming I'm too rude and rebellious for their mask monarchy. I didn't know dental visits came with a script.

Arch Dental: the avant-garde of dental comedy. Standing ovation, folks.

Not a good experience

We had an appt for 3.30. The reception was being manned by one of the dentists not the usual efficient receptionist. We were not told of any delay. The ‘receptionist’ disappeared after about 10 minutes & wasn’t seen again. 4pm & we were still waiting. There was also another patient waiting to pay & 2 others waiting to sign in. I left a note saying we couldn’t wait any longer. Very poor customer service.
