Unhelpful communication prior to setting up a business. I would never get a clear answer to my questions.
I intended to do business with this company but email responses to my questions were terse and unhelpful. If they treat me this way as a prospect, I can't imagine how they treat their actual customers.
Also, be aware the company address is a mailbox. Very little info is available about them. For a company established 7 years ago, I'd expect to find more.
