I got made redundant in October 2025 and thankfully secured locum work immediately. From October 2025 until February 2026 Arch Finance managed my payroll; I secured permanent employment which was my only reason for leaving Arch. This was all new to me and a stressful time; I also struggle with IT. Josh and Bilal were really supportive and undertook a lot of my tasks as I was unsure. Being of mature years it was immediately agreed, when I asked, if I could join the pension scheme from day 1 and not wait 3 months; set up painlessly.

I did not have one negative experience or interaction.

Good company to work for. Dealt with any questions I had quickly and professionally. Would highly recommend working for them

I have been with Arch finance now for 6months and I have never had a problem with my wages, the staff are professional and courteous.

My payments are always on time and staff go the extra mile to help you if you run into any life difficulties. Big Thank you to Bilal and Josh for all your help. I would highly recommend this company.

I was skeptical about joining an umbrella company, especially as I am relatively new to temping. But Arch Finance has been fantastic. Really good communication and efficiency when dealing with my paperwork. I will work with them again. Thank you team Arch 😊

Arch have been very professional when I have sent over referrals for my contractors!
Communication is very efficient at all times and ensure that the contractors are set up with no issues! Would definitely recommend to other Recruitment Agencies looking to use an Umbrella company

I am sincere and clear . This is my first time working with Arch so I can only say that their communication system is absolute good and once contacted the give a quick response.
For the finance services I am yet to experience them and appreciate what they offer .
In general I’m pleased with their service so far

Before taking a job with service solutions I was told Arch Finance an umbrella company would take £13 a week to handle my payroll.
Beware this is not true. You pay nearly £36 for the company's NI contribution plus more. Nearly £55. And apparently all above board
Nah forget umbrella companies

I have had so many issues with this company, there is too many to list. Extremely bad customer service and they don't know how to organise or do anything within the timescale they say they do. Also I don't know if their staff even know much about their own company, when I was told they were open at the weekend and they were not, that someone would get back to me in 24 hours and I had to call back after 72... They don't take care of their clients at all. When you say you are moving to another umbrella company they will beg for you back, well the damage is already done.
