the sliders came and they are too big, on the paper packaging it says they are 11-11.5 but on the website it says they are 11, its frustrating. I setup a refund and they overcharged me on the postage - cost £4 to send them to me but £5 to post them back to them strangely.
The shoes seem ok but the management is clearly scammy.

Great fit flops. Have 2 pairs myself and ordered for my daughter and granddaughter. A little snug at first but that molded to my foot in no time. Ordered the wrong size and customer service corrected that for me with no problem. A must have with the arch support. So much more comfortable.

Love my Archies flip flops. I have bought and returned many others, but these are the ones for me! I have so many colors too - black, white, brown, taupe, olive, classic peach, mint, light blue, navy and bright blue! I love to coordinate with my outfit. So comfortable, the fit is perfect for my high arch. I wear them everyday? 💕🩷💕

I placed my order for a pair of flip-flops and a pair of slides. I was so excited to get them and they were delivered today right on time, however when I opened the package I had two pairs flip-flops and no slides 🤔. I immediately reached out to customer service and Paul was prompt at returning me email and rectified the problem 😊. Another order was processed by Paul and my slide should be here by the end of the week...

Just get the flip flops! Seriously, you won't regret it. I've never worn something so comfortable in my life. Flip flops are usually extremely uncomfortable, flimsy, and irritate the skin but these are amazing. I bought them in two colors, one of them came in a color I didn't order but as soon as I reached out to customer service they were incredibly kind, timely and sent me out the correct pair within 24 hrs. I've never seen customer service like this in my life, it's remarkable to be honest.

I'd highlyyyyy recommend these to anyone! So worth it.

Great slipper that fit like a glove! And Archie’s support is excellent. My slipper was broken. Minutes after I had send an email I got a response saying that I’d receive a new pair.

This company has the best customer service! I had almost immediate response to my email!
Not to mention at these are the best thongs/ flip flops on the planet! One pair is just never enough!

Ordered my second pair (2 pairs this time). Gotta love these flops! They don’t give me that hard sore on the side of my foot from the strap since they are built right in!
And their customer service via email is so quick and efficient.

I love the comfort and flexible but highly supportive arch support of these slides! As a new mom, my feet are still experiencing a lot of laxity and instability. I've tried a number of different slides and inserts to try to find something that's comfortable and supportive, and these Archies are far and away the most comfortable, supportive pair of shoes I've found! The arch support is broad and smooth and flexible, so it doesn't create any hotspots - which is a problem I've had with arch support before and is a big reason that I transitioned to barefoot shoes over 10 years ago. However, while I know I'll be back in my barefoot shoes soon, I needed a great shoe to bridge the gap from my baby body back into my athletic body, and this has been a great purchase!

I absolutely love Archies! I’ve now made seven different purchases for myself as well as for family members, so I think it’s safe to say I’m a fan! The colors are awesome, there are so many great choices, and they are seriously SO comfortable.

What really stands out, though, is the customer service. It’s outstanding! Returns and exchanges are incredibly easy, communication is phenomenal, and they genuinely seem to care about making sure their customers are happy. After seven different purchases, I’ve consistently had a great experience. Great product, great company, and exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be buying more!

I ordered the sliders and received the flip flops. I contacted them via the Chat bot on the website and provided photos of the flip flops and the bar code as requested. I was then contacted by Paul, who said they couldn't find a record of my order. I provided the order number (as requested) still no joy. Emails went back and forth with me providing delivery address and photos (again) and now radio silence for 10 days. I no longer want a replacement. I just want a refund and a returns qr code to return the (wrong) shoes. They normally charge £10 for returns which I feel is both ridiculous as is a 1/4 of the shoe price and unfair as they haven't fulfilled the order correctly.

Love love love all 8 of my Archies. Can you guys do a Kelley green-ish color so I can make that 9 pairs?!? Great support and easy to clean.

The shoes hurt my feet as soon as I put them on. But that is not the reason I am giving two stars. The return process has been horrible. I used the link provided however a return label did not generate and a message that the shoes were already returned which is not true. I have sent numerous emails and am not getting information on what I can do to make the return happen. A CSR named Ken asked for specific information which I sent and instead of a reply from Ken I received more instructions on the refund process and the same link that was first provided. This has been a nightmare.

I absolutely love these flip flops. I have a navy pair and a royal blue pair. I am just very impatient for the coral red to come back into stock. Oh and the mint colour look fab too!! Best flip flops I’ve ever had.

I bought 2 pairs of Archie's, I was delighted with my purchase, but I snapped the strap of one pair, I emailed customer service and straight the said no problem, send them back for a free replacement, no questions or qibbles. They help me with the returns and sent the new pair once I sent a picture of my return ready for postage. Absolutely brilliant to deal with and would no doubt purchase again for my next holiday. And most of all my Archie's are so lovely and comfy to wear and I'm sure I will get years out of them. Thank you Archies. Tracey

Archie’s have become my go to! Bought the black to test out, tan came soon after now just order the royal blues! Here in NC we wear flip flops most of the year and I need ones with a good arch these have not worn down with daily wear! Not sure how but a wrong mailing address for me was put in, when I contacted customer service they answered right away and got a new pair on its way to me before the others got back to them. They followed up with me as soon as the reship was on its way!
