I had a mix-up with my order where I received a completely different pair of sandals instead of the navy blue slip-ons I originally ordered. Mistakes happen, but I was really impressed with how quickly and professionally Archies handled the situation.

After contacting support, Miah responded promptly and helped arrange a replacement order right away. The process was simple and stress-free, and I really appreciated how kind and understanding the team was throughout the whole experience. They even allowed me to keep the incorrect pair as a spare or gift, which was a very generous gesture.

Although the initial order had an issue, Archies went above and beyond to make things right. Excellent support and a great example of how a company should handle mistakes. I’m looking forward to receiving my new pair!

I ordered 2 pairs, the flip flop and the slide. I received two flip flops by accident. The customer service team, particularly Ken could not have been kinder or faster to respond and solve the issue. They are such comfortable shoes and I cannot wait to wear them for 2 weeks on holiday, best trip "buy!"

Had a pair of Archies for Christmas 2025. Only worn them since the warm weather and unfortunately the toe piece snapped

I reached out to Archies customer care who, after a few emails, confirmed that they would replace them, as well as giving me a 10% discount off future purchases

The sizing I ordered was too big however they made the exchange process so easy for me. I love these sandles they are super comfy! They have a great team!

Excellent customer service. Flip flops arrived unfortunately one was damaged.
Emailed customer support, was requested to send photos. Within no time at all a replacement pair were sent out.

The flip flops were recommended/gifted by a friend. They are the most comfortable ones I have ever tried and would buy no other flips again. Sadly the strap snapped, however the customer service team changed a negative into a positive. So far to say the best and most prompt customer service I think I have ever experienced. Would recommend 100%

These are OK but nothing special and not worthy of the price tag from the look and feel. Sizing is small too. I bought size 3 which, per their size table, is an EU 36-36.5 (so a 3 1/2) and they were so small they fit my sister who is a size 2. Disappointing and seemingly another hype product promoted on Facebook.

When I say I feel like I have new ankles .knees and hips I am not joking. I'm 51yrs of age always had tired achey ankles and knees until I bought archie sliders . Have 2 pairs of neutral colours today I will buy black . I hope they make archies forever 🙏

I’m living in these, took a while to purchase due to cost but so worth it. The Rolls Royce in flip flops. Total support, no rubbing or gripping and have helped my planctar fasciitis as less pain in my arch. Will definitely buy another pair

Product arrived in good time but that’s about it , they look and feel cheap , no answer to my email so a waste of £40

Just got them! Customerservice is amazing, I needed a different color and they acted so quickly.
The flip flops feel very good. I am on running shoe 37,5 and have small feets so size 37 37,5 is perfect! I ordered first bigger but for me too big! They feel comfortable and more strong for the ankle as well! I still need to walk more in them, but until now very happy!

I love these flip flops - great support for your footbed - great variety of colours (I have 8 pairs)- also support team is great they answer your questions quickly and honestly - I would love the option of the gemstone on all colours is my only criticism

I was quite dismissive of the claims but honestly since I bought the sliders I’ve had comfort for the first time In years!
I’m 69 git fallen arches ( flat feet) a bunion that I’m trying to correct. The sliders are so supportive, I really forget about foot pain. Trust me they are worth every penny! I’m getting second pair! Give them a go, perfect size 5 they are neat and well fitted.

I had received an incorrect item in my order and the customer service was amazing! Got back to me right away and was very apologetic, they offered to send me the correct item and told me to keep the incorrect item to regift to a family or friend. Top quality footwear and service for sure

My feet were recently scanned & I saw what a high arch I had relative to normal. Since I live in my flip flops in the warmer months, I decided to try these specifically for the arch support. It takes a little while to get used too. The first couple of days I felt like my feet ached a little as they adjusted to the arch support. The fit is quite tight as well which isnt necessarily a problem, just be aware that if you dont have a super skinny foot, then it will take getting used too. The one thing that Im not entirely happy about is that my underfoot sweats in these which is unusual since I dont have sweaty feet. On the whole, I am happy with them but I am keen to see how they wear over this first summer season before I commit to purchasing another pair.

Order was processed quickly and arrived quickly too they are the best flip flops I have ever bought they hug your foot gently give support and cushioning where needed you may pay more but well worth it they are my summer slippers I love them

I bought these for plantar fasciitis, but never really got on with the strap between my toes, so they spent most of the last year in the cupboard. With the recent hot weather, I started wearing them around the house this last month, because it was too hot for slippers, and occasionally while pottering in the garden.

Despite that, they've already split where the strap joins the sole. The soles show virtually no wear at all, so this clearly isn't a pair that's been worn out.

I contacted customer services expecting better from a premium product, especially as the website says they can be worn "summer after summer". Instead, I was told it was "general wear and tear" because they're over six months old. I even provided them with images of the sole to prove there is no wear, but they were not interested.

They did offer me a discount off a replacement pair, but I don't think I should have to replace flip flops that have barely been worn. If you're going to advertise that they'll last summer after summer, you should be prepared to stand behind that claim.

UPDATE: Archies say they have made an exception and to check my emails. This is not true. No email has been recieved.

I now own 3 pairs of Archies flip flops (had to get the red) and just got my husband his first pair. Within a week he asked for a second pair for our boat. I have extremely flat feet and years of trying all sorts of arch supports with nothing feeling as good as your flip flops. I take them on vacation and can walk everywhere without any issues. It is not often that a product has made this much of an impact on the quality of my life. Thank you!!!

Love these slippers! My havaianas didn’t give the support ( nor color) I needed so I tried these. They are so much better. They have a snug fit, give support and best of all: I can drive while wearing them ( safely). Other slippers just hang off your feet when you sit crossed legged, these ones stick to your feet. Love the red color! Who knew they could feel so comfortable and still be slippers. Delivery was slightly delayed ( not their fault) and when I contacted customer service they got back right away and kept me posted on the status. Excellent service, excellent product. Been wearing then almost non-stop.
