We purchased a book through their e-shop which was never delivered to us. After one week without any communication from the seller regarding the shipment of the book, I started trying to contact them by phone, but no one was answering. I then sent multiple emails, to which no one replied either. At some point, I threatened to report them, and only then did they respond, saying they would issue a refund.

Every 15 days, I sent an email stating that the refund had not been made, and they kept making false promises that they would take care of it. Eventually, they claimed that the refund had been processed. I asked them for a bank receipt as proof, since the amount had not been credited to my account. Since then, they have not responded to any of my emails, and to this day — three months later — I have not received the refund and they have gone completely silent.

after 11days waiting they replied 'new copies will arrive from japan' but after waiting for answer or postponed delivery for more than 5 months have asked refund in feb25, still no news. Website still shows 'in stock' A disgrace to the online consumer-community.

I ordered a book (Rudolf Ortlieb: Der Schwarzmilan) from the online shop of the Dutch bookseller Architectura & Natura and paid immediately by bank transfer. Since I did not receive a shipping notification from the bookseller after the purchase, I asked the bookseller several times by e-mail - without receiving an answer. It was only when I threatened to file a fraud complaint that I received the information from the bookseller that the book was "untraceable" and that my payment would therefore be refunded. I have been waiting in vain for the refund of my advance payment for 8 days now. Asking the bookseller for a refund is useless, because he will only put you off. The "untraceable book" that I ordered from the bookseller, paid for but never received, is still offered for sale in the bookseller's online shop.

Excellent service to the UK. I ordered a heavy photography book that was received very well packaged and delivered in a timely manner. A great bookshop that can be fully recommended.
