Rosemarie has designed my kitchen exactly as I wanted. I changed my mind about large elements of the design and she never complained. She just redesigned it. I will do another review once they have fitted the kitchen. So far I am delighted.

Unfortunately this company service is utterly appalling and I suggest you do not use it. The bathroom fittings they supplied were shoddy, cheap and non matching. They clearly have an inability to measure as they told me to purchase far more tiles than were necessary and then refused to take them back and refund me. The measurements for the kitchen were also wrong. The built in wardrobes were not as described - I expected glass fronted doors and got very unattractive solid doors. Every time I pointed out somethine was wrong, they appeared to be "teflon coated" - nothgin sticks and they told me to take it up with their suppliers even though my contract is with them. I am now pursuing them through the courts as they have not even had the decency to reply to mycorrespondence. They are very slippery customers and should be avoided at all costs

We purchased a kitchen and side kitchen using Arch KBB. They had a great working relationship with our builders Morespace that really helped the process. When we had some snags Munty was great at addressing these issues for us.

The team at the Arch were great at helping me plan my new kitchen , time spent at the show room was invaluable for making the final decisions .There was at tight deadline to meet , but nothing was too much trouble and the communication from all the team outstanding .Would not hesitate to recommend Arch KBB for the choice and quality of the units , fitting and price .

Munty, Zahra and their team at The Arch helped us design a loft ensuite bathroom and a kitchen and laundry room for our new wrap-around extension and we're delighted with the end result! The design stage was loads of fun - the whole team were extremely patient with us and we were so impressed with the attention to detail and value for money. Both Munty and Zahra are brilliant at coming up with solutions when things change on site too and they had a great relationship with our builders from More Space which made the process much easier. The kitchen was fitted perfectly and really swiftly by Nabil, who was an absolute pleasure to have around. We'd recommend them to anyone.

Arch Kitchen's team provided us with a very professional service and we are delighted to have chosen them. They were very patient to accommodate all our changes in the designed process. They delivered a top quality kitchen which was not out of reach financially. Having initially gone with another company for the fitting they helped us finish the kitchen when our chosen fitter left with an incompleted job. We highly recommend Munty's team and his quality products.

House renovation is a huge project, especially for a very busy person with kids, work and many other responsibilities. Having a professional, punctual, friendly and accommodating team that can share and understand your vision makes all the difference. Had my kitchen and 6 bathrooms designed by the The Arch KBB and couldn’t have been happier. Munty, Zahra and the team of The Arch KBB went above and beyond to make sure that the end result are not what we have expected but it’s exceeded all our expectations. Kitchen and bathroom experts

We recently refurbished our house and used The Arch KBB for a new ensuite, downstairs cloakroom and kitchen. we had a very good experience with The Arch, during a very difficult time for us as a family.

I'd recommend The Arch for their excellent service, kind and caring attitude and high quality products.

I can highly recommend Munty, Zara, Dominic and the team, who helped fit out 2 bathrooms, a WC, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and utility room. They were very helpful with their suggestions, design and materials, and am very pleased with the results!

Dominic and Munty were so helpful when we wanted to design our new kitchen. Dominic spent a lot of time trying to give us everything we needed within our budget and the kitchen design he sent was amazing, we were sold! Dominic managed to get the kitchen ordered and delivered on time after a few things had to be changed at an extremely challenging times with Covid 19. All the team at Arch were incredibly helpful and friendly so we even ordered items for our bathroom too!
We absolutely love our kitchen and bathroom and everything we received is of a very high standard! Would definitely recommend.

We recently did a house renovation & Munty did our kitchen... we LOVE it! highly recommend Arch KBB.

Arch KBB installed a new kitchen into our side return extension (and also supplied equipment for our modified guest cloakroom). We are extremely pleased with both the service provided and the quality of the product. Munty was extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with.

Munty offered excellent kitchen design ideas and was very accommodating of our (changing) requirements. By accompanying us on supplier visits (i.e. kitchen manufacturers, tiling), Munty provided ideas that we would not otherwise have had. His site visits proved essential when we discovered our builder had placed a water pipe and electricity cables in the wrong position (allowing timely, remedial action). And it was extremely helpful that Munty supplies such a wide range of high quality fittings (e.g. recessed ceiling lights, spot lights, outside lights, toilet, basin etc), allowing us to select exactly what we wanted.

Munty's after sales service is also fantastic. And his flexibility was proven by him minimising the effect of the coronavirus lockdown on our project (all within the government requirements). An all-round great job! We highly recommend Arch KBB.

We also ordered a stone base for our shower and we are very happy with the look and the quality of the product.

I popped in on my way past to get a quote as I live very nearby and I was so impressed by the service and prices that I bought my bathroom then and there. I had been deliberating for months but the staff were so helpful that I made my decision on the spot and felt reassured that I was getting exactly what I wanted. The price was really competitive, which I wasn't expecting for a small family run business when compared to bigger chains. They have an amazing range of products and are very knowledgeable. Excellent service. Munty and his team did an amazing job helping us put together our perfect kitchen and bathroom. All done within budget and on time, I would highly recommend them.

We renovated our bathroom and shower and Arch did a great job. The design was excellent and the installation was good. Th eafter sales service was great as they were not happy until we were 100% satisfied. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue we had with our shower, both with the manufacturers and with additional lining to the installation. A year on and we are really pleased with the result.

I heard of Arch KBB showroom from a friend who had bought his kitchen from this shop and recommended me to them for my bathroom and en-suit shower.
From the moment I walked in I was greeted the same way until the moment they fitted my bathroom and shower and all was done; always polite, helpful and there to listen to my needs. At no time did I feel pressured to buy certain products, but rather given tailored options to my requirements.
From the owner to the staff, all there to work with the customer to keep us satisfied in our transformed home.
Will definitely be back for any other projects I've got.
