Never agree
I recently ordered the new starcraft tabletop game from them on pre-order. A few weeks later I then wanted to change the edition I ordered to a better one. I emailed their support team and then after 2 weeks or waiting and a lot of chasing they responded rudly, saying I'd need to cancel my order and replace, not mentioning i need to ask them to cancel it. When I asked them too it took them more weeks to respond and it go to the point where the pre-order date had passed and luckily I was able to keep my order. I then emailed about delivery as their website said by the end of Q2 and third party retailers was telling customers they'd ship by may. They came back to me in a rude manner saying I had made this info up and that I shouldn't spread misinformation despite this being on their website.
Awful customer services, felt like they just wanted money and couldn't care less to he helpful. Was rude and made me feel stupid for just asking questions.
