4 months of waiting for a controller that dosent even work

Horrible experience from wait times, to lack of customer service down to poor quality products. Been three months and still waiting for my order! Receiving auto replies to my emails that have nothing to do with what my emails say. Honestly thinking a class action law suit is needed.

These people are frauds. They dont deliver the product. They take ur money and will email u lies constantly and send u fake tracking numbers. You will bever recieve what u order. Do not buy from them. Beware. Everyone if u paid via paypal open case against them asap and u will be refunded.

SCAM. Avoid at all costs. Waited months for controllers, when they turned up they were both broken and Arctic refused to take them back.

Luckily my bank managed to get me a refund.

I ordered a PS4 controller on the 10th of April and still haven't received it after months of listening to the same automated reply that you get when you try to contact them. you will always get contacted by Stacey which is completely useless. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Ordered a PS4 controller on April 12. Still not received after more than 2 months. Trying to get a refund but same bad experience with "Stacy". They refuse to process the refund, they claim the item is on its way. Company pretends to have an office in the US but it is a facade, 100% chinese company. I filed a complaint with my bank today to get a refund, also filed a complaint with the FTC and the BBB, hope at least they do something so that no one else orders from them in the future

I ordered over a month ago and my PS4 controller hasn’t even left the depot. First and last time I will ever use this company don’t make the same mistake I did.

I ordered a PS4 controller from this company, after the shipping said 13-21 working days due to current circumstances I was happy to wait. It’s now been 28 working days, the tracking info never updates and says it’s not even left their depot yet, it is saying it’s between 21-28 working days to be delivered !! So I ordered from another company on the Friday who delivered it the Monday following (even in the circumstances we live it) so I contact arctic gaming to request a refund which they have refused to give me !! Absolute scam of a company and will be reporting to the cyber division!! STAY AWAY AND DO NOT ORDER !!
