As many people say, the support has some serious issues. It’s something that comes up often on Discord — many tickets get ignored or closed for no reason, and users often have to open new ones. It happened to me too. They reply at first, then after a few hours no one answers anymore, and eventually they just close the ticket.
Other times, though, they help you right away without much waiting or trouble. So I’d say the support quality is quite inconsistent.
As for the cheats themselves, I used Kraken (BF6), and I have to say it worked great for about 3–4 days. Then pretty much everyone using it got banned.
So, “Undetectable” where exactly? It didn’t even last a week.
As has happened before, the developer might blame the users, saying they used the cheat incorrectly or pushed it too far.
But that’s not true — even if you stick to the safest settings, avoiding things like aimbot and using just a single feature, you’ll still get caught within a few days.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Yesterday I bought a 1-day hell for R6. After paying, I didn't receive anything, no invoice, no supposed key, nothing. But I no longer have the money.
I went to Discord and complained, but they closed the tickets. I opened another one, and they keep putting me off. If they give me a solution, I'll change my mind. In the meantime, I think I've been scammed.

False advertising, they say their rust cheat is safe when quite clearly it is not and the admins won't take it off sale. Apparently it has an integrated spoofer which it does not, support tickets ignored multiple times.

Worst provider
The staff are unfriendly, and so is the owner. They only help you after hours, and then when you ask them for a compensation for your lost time, they decline (like is it my fault you all are ignoring customers) Then a staff member finally checks your ticket and sends you a fix, but it doesn't work, and you never get a response. I will never shop here again. it's a disgrace!

Beware of this discord server/website. Positive reviews are forced, previous review they somehow deleted. One day I had went to attempt to buy one of their tools and was unable to access the website so I made a ticket. Upon doing so cozy-da beast sent the link and instantly requested a review, without him doing anything at all or me purchasing “so he can get promoted because he gets payed for good review” 🤨. After this I requested help with an issue which he refused until he said I would send him proof of leaving a good review. Please keep in mind these good reviews are basically forced from people to receive help which it seems from other reviews they don’t even ever receive any at all anyway. BE CAREFUL!
