I don't recommend them to anyone. After receiving a non-working key, I was asked to change my review to positive and was supposed to receive a new working key. I received a used one again. After another request, I received another, worn-out one. My subsequent requests were closed when I sent proof of use, and they remained unanswered. I don't recommend them to anyone and advise caution.

Stole my money, never responded to emails, item never arrived. Avoid at all costs, this company is a SCAM.

I placed two orders with this company in November. I have received nothing!
I have had no replies for my enquiries
I want a full refund but I am worried they are scammers who have stolen my money £85.61

Ordered 1st December hoodie hasn’t arrived . Contacted company by email no reply .
Left a negative comment on there Instagram asking where my delivery is , they deleted my comment

Item still not arrived and can’t get hold of anyone to ask for help. I ordered mid December a hoodie, it has not arrived.
I have had no tracking information. I have emailed the company twice and had no response.
There seems to be no way to cancel the order.
Zero customer service, no item - very upset daughter who did not get her Christmas present!

I’m interested that the replies from artic drip seem to be on the positive posts - I wonder if that’s just coincidence?
Perhaps someone will reply to this and explain?

I got scammed. The website is no longer up. I was charged and never received any shipping info.

Got scammed. Bought 3 jackets in late November for more than 100€. 2 weeks after not receiving any package or news, i wrote an email to support for no answer. More than a month later, still got no package and the website is shut down. Looks like i ripped the 100 bucks but i'll be moving a sue in other area which more likely will trigger bigger problems for this scammers.

Ordered three items which cost up to £100 in late November, and i still haven’t received anything back from them. I emailed their support team three times and i’ve still had no response. I ordered a hoodie a few months back and everything was fine, so i was expecting the same experience but apparently not.

I ordered two of their y2k hoodies on like the 8th on November and still to this day has not came

I put an order and payed for almost one month ago and still havn’t got my item or any shipping information. I contacted via two different emailaddresses and no reply. This is so bad. This is a scam.

No item delivered and no refund offered. No replies to emails. I wouldn’t endorse even a little bit.

Placed an order on 17 November. Not shipped as of 18 December. Four separate emails sent asking for shipping status. No replies to any emails. They don't respond to Instagram messages, either. Very disappointed they can't deliver for a Christmas present. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company.

Do not buy from this company! Have ordered 2 hoodies for my daughter 3 weeks ago! No response from customer service, no tracking number, nothing received. Terrible company! Smells like a scam!

The delivery took weeks. The clothes are fabricated in China and are of very poor quality. I would advise everyone to not spend your money on this company. Order 2923

A total scam. Been waiting for one month, have not received even a shipping notification. Will contact the European Comsumer Center and the Norwegian one as well if I am not refunded soon.

Edit: after 1,5 months of waiting, no signs of the shipping and the customer service has not replied even after 2 weeks and after sending them several emails. Please report this company if you have similar issues, so they will be pressured to return the money for missing items.

Sub standard product, delivered from China after 30 days! They then have the cheek to stipulate the return of the item (at your cost to China!) tracked and in only five days from delivery! Costs a fortune!!!
Stay away! The photos of the clothes are not accurate. €47.90 for a hoodie that look like a thin saggy dish cloth! Yeeech
