We have recently had extra insulation put in loft so required Loft Boarding on Stilts they turned up and 6 hours later called me to show what they had done and to my Horror they had removed 90% of the insulation and screwed boards to the beams to which I told them was unacceptable
They returned a week later to put right used stilts this time but had to use a different loft board as had only done half a job the week previously they installed a £149 wooden ladder when I had paid £298 upgrade as wanted one with hand rail and cut the bottom of the ladder off and re-attached it leaving a bigger gap between the rungs that I cannot reach and left without finishing the Job
They then called next Day for Final Payment to which we told them not till Job was finished and there poor workmanship was rectified...
We have Rang them 24 times and left messages to contact us about issues and have sent Emails none of which have been Replied to.
We now have another Company coming to check what has been done and whether it has done right,replace the Ladder and repair what mess they have left us with
