I am grateful to have the opportunity to work with/ be assisted by Arcticket team- particularly Ms. Ardi. I booked a consultation to seek to further guidance and advice on my visa application/ requirements. I have been in partnership with Arcticket since 2022( mostly for documentary requirements like insurance and flights) and I NEVER EVER encountered any issue with all my dealings. With my recent application, Ms. Ardi went above and beyond to assist me (even reassuring that my questions and anxiousness are not dumb/ invalid).
Almost 2 months in the making but will forever be grateful to Ms Ardi and my baby lucky charm. 100/10 rating for the exceptional end to end service (and friendships) I have made a long the way.

Alia is a rockstar! She went above and beyond in guiding us as we were preparing to apply for my brother’s US tourist visa. She provided very helpful tips and was always available to answer any questions we had. Not to mention this was during the time she was about to give birth and right after she gave birth to her baby! Arcticket also showed a very high level of integrity by refunding us a portion of our payment when they realized we did not need the premium visa assistance package. Mrs. Ardi is very professional, kind, and hands-on with our visa case. Our consultation calls are very informative, and she guides us from the application form to the CFO registration. After nearly a year of stress and multiple visa denials for our Filipino remote workers, we sought the help of two immigration lawyers to assist with obtaining U.S. business visas.
