Bad experience

Bad experience, bad quality, screen protector was damaged in 3 days with minimum impact. They will say that it daved uour phone of course but truth is phone fid not get a scratch in 6 month and screen got broken in 3 days. Better stay with Iphone protection and a back case.
Or just choose another screen protector, this is just online marketing, no value for money.

It’s a scam

It’s a scam. They have very good marketing and their website looked very real. After three weeks of waiting I got a cheap glass screen protector from Aliexpress. Don’t waste your money on this.

A Cautionary Tale Before You Order

I recently placed an order with Arctiqo, an online store selling phone accessories, to purchase a glass screen protector for my iPhone 17 Pro. The ordering process was smooth, and I immediately received a confirmation email stating that they had received my order.

And then… nothing.

Two days passed with no shipping confirmation, no tracking number, and no update about when I could expect my item. Concerned, I reached out to their support team for clarification. This was the entirety of their response:

"Hi,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.
Due to high demand, we’re shipping your order from our external warehouse.
They will get back to you with a tracking number as soon as possible.

Best regards,
Maria
The Arctiqo Team"

While delays can happen, I found this response unacceptable for a few reasons:

No estimated shipping date or timeframe.
No transparency about where the product was coming from.
It’s unclear whether the product has even shipped at all.

When you buy online, basic communication and order tracking are not optional — they’re standard. If a company can’t provide those, it raises serious concerns about their reliability.

My advice: If you’re considering buying from Arctiqo, proceed with caution. Look for reviews, check if they provide real-time tracking before you place your order, and consider more established retailers if you need your product quickly.

I’m sharing my experience so others know what to expect and can make an informed decision before spending their money.
