10/10, amazing service

They are amazing. They pay attention to what you need and the workers that come to help make you feel like nothing you ask is too trivial or wrong. If you need help around the house, I highly recommend Ardent Care.

Carers do a great job looking after…

Carers do a great job looking after daughter with special needs. Its great that they try and get the same people each week - OK occasionally not everything is 100%, but that is down to daughter high demands and human nature. Office staff great at trying to manage diary and scheduling

Disgraceful company

Careless, unprofessional, constant mis communications, no common sense and left my mother in law with none of her in date food or drink left after a so called deep clean. Not to mention her home is still filthy full of obvious stains that were missed. They also left a huge dent in the side of her fridge freezer. Absolute disgrace of a company that is still telling me lies and messing me around. This elderly lady has dementia and so far all you have done is traumatise her.

Firstly, we understand the importance of ensuring the well-being of your mother-in-law, especially considering her condition. It is never our intention to cause distress to any of our service users, and we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience and distress caused.

We would like to address some specific points raised in your review to provide clarity:

Food Disposal: We were informed of concerns regarding the disposal of in-date food. While no evidence was found to support these claims, we immediately provided £50 to replace any potentially discarded items. This gesture was made to ensure no inconvenience was caused.

Cleaning Quality: We acknowledge there were areas that may not have met the expected cleaning standards. Upon reviewing these concerns with a manager from Ardent Care and a social worker, additional cleaning was promptly arranged to address any overlooked areas. Some permanent stains, which were beyond the scope of our cleaning session, were identified and communicated.

Fridge-Freezer Damage: There were allegations of damage to the refrigerator-freezer. Our investigation did not find evidence linking our staff to this damage. We always strive to rectify any property damage if proven to be caused by our team.

Communication and Professionalism: Our staff faced significant challenges during this project, including aggressive behavior and obstruction, which led to increased pressure. Despite these difficulties, we aimed to maintain professionalism and fulfill our duties effectively. We regret if any actions were perceived otherwise.

Follow-Up Actions: After the initial cleaning, we coordinated a follow-up visit with a social worker and an Ardent Care Manager to address any remaining concerns. It is worth noting that during their review, your mother-in-law did not express any trauma or distress.

We sincerely apologize for any distress caused to your family and your mother-in-law. Our goal is always to provide sensitive and compassionate support. We regret that we were unable to achieve a positive outcome in this instance.

Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. We remain committed to improving our services and would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further with you to address any unresolved concerns.

I found my worker Patricia exceptional…

I found my worker Patricia exceptional , she helped to motivate me and organise and prioritise my time to de clutter my flat , she was very skilful in persuading me to get rid of things that I didn’t need that I had been keeping for years for no reason , we cleared the flat of all clutter and it is now live able again , I feel much better mentally and emotionally my mental health has improved I’m feeling more confident and outgoing, I have been able to cook for my self again and invite friends round to socialise, I can now find everything as it is organised and tidy , I am able to use my new washing machine and wash and dry my clothes and bedsheets , I know enjoy my time at the flat and I’m not always wanting to go out now , I’m relaxed and settled and I enjoy my life much more , thank you very much for all your help All the best Jeremy
