What a rubbish company

What a rubbish company. From first step it was a problem. We’ve booked “the backstage” apartment in La Roche. Then they send us suspicious link to their website, where we have to pay another 300 euros deposit which wasn’t described on booking.com. They are really rude peoples. I did pay that deposit, and they returned this day b4 now they are trying to charge me 4th time.
Anyway. The problem was dog, but I’ve booked pet friendly apartment. The only explanation was “this is new apartment “ but when we arrived it was more like garage without window. And not even worth the price. Just avoid. They trying to misleiding you.
