Dispute the charge with your credit card provider…

This company is still doing this! I thought they would have packed it in by now.. I had to put a different date in because this site would only allow experiences within 12 months of the current date. This occurred in December 2024..The goods I ordered did not fit the description of what was advertised. After being jacked around for weeks by Ardor-Sydney's "support" staff, I complained to Visa Card, sent them all the correspondence to and from Ardor-Sydney, and had my money refunded by Visa. Don't waste your time with Ardor-Sydney if you want a refund, go to your credit card provider, give them a picture of what was ordered and what was received, and all of your correspondence. Your credit card payment can be cancelled if you can prove what you received was nothing like what you ordered!

Don't use this seller.
It is not based in Sydney.
Product advertising is misleading.
Quality is poor.
Returns are not honoured. Set up to fail.
Absolute waste of time and money.
And...check out the AI bot generated response that will no doubt follow!
Your return item will get stuck in customs in China for weeks, then returned back to you due to non payment of Customs fees....that you are unaware of. Congratulations, you are now outside the strict 30 day return policy and now you are dealing with a bot that will not listen.

RUN IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION

After receiving my order which was nothing like its description, I was told to return it for a refund that I would not only have to pay all fees but extra for it to get through customs. After doing that I was told that I didn't pay it and it wasn't going to be released or delivered to them. After it being released and delivery attempt which they turned away they told me too late it's past the 30 day return limit so we can't help. So I'm out a pair of hideous runners and a lot of money!

SCAM ALERT

SCAM ALERT: The website and the quality of the clothing have nothing in common. Pay $100 and you'll get $1 sandals. Also, they try to make it sound as if they would at least have an operation in Sydney where you could return items. But they don't. They want you to send them back to China and then deliberately set you up for failure so the items will be returned to you from Chinese customs and Ardor will claim you are out of the 30 day return timeline. If you are in Australia, report the matter Scam Watch and also the pay wall you used to purchase the items. The five star reviews posted here are most certainly fake and sound suspiciously alike. I don't believe anyone would have any more than a 1 star experience with this company. Trust Pilot needs to investigate them otherwise they take away the purpose of this page.

They robbed me with $450 for a dress I bought online and gave me the wrong mail back address and then said it was out of their 39 day policy so I was very furious especially with their lack of response to my emails.

SCAMMING China based company...
Would give 0 Stars if I could as this business is nothing but a scam. Wife purchased an item that they advertise to be high quality on their site, to have it arrive weeks later and the quality is very poor China made. Can't even be worn out in public.
They advertised they give refunds if not satisfied. Yet another SCAM as they will then ask you to post it back to China first before receiving the refund, wanting you to spend another $35 to send it back to China.
This part they will not refund.
DONT TRUST OR BUY FROM THE WEBSITE. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

This company is an absolute joke

I ordered means size 12 runners I got sent women's 8, when I emailed them they gave me a huge run around them finally agreed to give me a store credit, I ordered again mens size 12 and I got mens size 10 sent out and then they refused to reimburse they difference in price.
Saying you can still use them constantly.... If the shoe doesn't fit it's a little hard to use ....
They will take your money and never send what you order.
Avoid them and their horrible service

Cheap unwearable quality

Cheap unwearable quality. The pictures on the site are fake and once they have your money you have zero chance at getting it back.
I can only assume all 5 star reviews here are fake. There honestly wouldn't be one person in the world that would be happy with the quality of Andor Sydney's (not actually in Sydney) products.

Ardor Sydney advertise refunds but they lie! They DON'T GIVE REFUNDS! Their clothing is cheap. This Company isn't in Sydney and if you return to their address in China they just send it back.

Katrina – Winter Jacket for Women – Warm & Cozy not as it is

Tried to cancel my order 2 minutes after placing it and after realizing that it is a Chinese company located in china and all the descriptions/locations etc are fake. The quality is Temu's type quality and definitely not worth the money they charged. They of course ignored my cancellation request and got back to me when it was shipped with their Sorry blah blah but it is too late to cancel. Now I am stuck with unwanted item as sending it back to China too expensive and not worth it. To be fair they offered $50 credit but I don't want ever to buy anything from so called Ardor Sydney again. They are known under Ardor Melbourne and 3 others depending on what country you are located.

Very poor quality and scam return policy

I usually check websites but slipped up with this one. The dress received was of such poor quality that I actually laughed. It was so bad I wouldn’t wear it to a fancy dress party. I’m currently trying to get a refund and it has been a nightmare. I don’t hold out much hope. They need to be investigated.

As a follow up, I paid another $25 to return the dress which had already cost me $99 and I have not heard anything. This was one month ago today. I emailed them this week and they did not even bother responding. The comment from them on this review is a farce. I have reported them.

Sold me an item that didn’t exist.
Then tried to offer me a gift card instead of a refund “because they don’t refund sale items”.
Well how about don’t advertise items that aren’t even in stock???!!!!
Finally agreed on a refund after much back and forth emailing and threats of ACCC etc.
Still waiting for refund though…..
If you want to take the risk make sure you use PayPal so you can at least get a refund.
This mob think by adding “Sydney” in their name they can bluff us into thinking they’re Australian. THEY AREN’T !!!
Very shonky and just not worth it.
Same cheap arse items available on other reputable sites.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience – avoid at all costs!

I don’t even know where to begin. Pls take my advice and stay away from this company. Our experience has been nothing but disappointing.

It started when my wife ordered a pair of shoes. Not only did they arrive like its coming from lulu land! many weeks arrived and looking different from what was shown and described online, but they were also too small in size. We requested a return, but after sending multiple emails (since they have no phone number), they refused to accept the return. Instead, they told us to keep the shoes and offered a $40 voucher—so we were left with unusable shoes and out over $70.

Trying to make use of the voucher, I ordered a pair of earphones priced at $43.99. I wasn’t expecting top quality, but figured it was worth using the voucher credit. Now, it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received the earphones. Every time I email them, they just ask for my order number or address, again and again, without actually resolving anything. To top it off, they even had the nerve to send me a review link. Really?!!!!!

To show how they operate, I’ve found an example: a smartwatch they advertise on Ardor Sydney as “on sale” for $230.99 is actually listed on Alibaba for just $45. That’s how they rip people off—by marking up cheap products and disguising them as premium.

This company is unprofessional, misleading, and not worth your time or money. I feel completely scammed and will be pursuing this further. Do yourself a favour shop elsewhere.

I ordered shoes, 6-9 days shipping, they say, 3 weeks later, courier & the company dont know what they are doing........ absolute junk........ I paid $89 ( on sale) for a pair of plastic shoes, I could have paid........$40..... all is not what it seems with this company.......... STAY AWAY from this non Australian "shop"

Ardor Sydney won't cancel order

Contacted support email less than 10 minutes after the order, and they said they couldn't find my order. This is despite replying to the purchase confirmation email, which contains my details, order number, name, address, etc.
After further emails, they said the order has been dispatched and it may be too late to cancel. I'm sorry, but no business is that efficient to send product out the door within 8 minutes of order confirmation.
My further emails were ignored, and now I'm stuck waiting to see if they will even deliver.
0 out of 10 experience. I should have looked up reviews before making a purchase. It has been a complete nightmare

I ordered a duffle bag and it took 6…

I ordered a duffle bag and it took 6 weeks to be delivered. The zip broke the first time i used the bag, so i contacted the company and they gave me a code to put in to re-order a replacement.
When i put the code to get a free replacement a fee of $8.04 came up for me to pay on my credit card for order. I wont pay that. They wont reply to let me know long the replacement will take. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY ARE A RIP OFF
I feel they are a drop shipping company where once they get an order, they place it overseas and that is why the ordered goods take so long to be delivered.

Worst Company I Have Ever Dealt With!!

Worst Company I Have Ever Dealt With!!
If I could give 0 stars or minus stars I would.
I warn potential customers DO NOT BUY any products from this company. I bought shoes that were advertised as orthopaedic shoes, and are definitely NOT - FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, the size is super small and made as cheaply as possible. I have sent a dozen emails asking for a refund as the shoes don’t fit with photos showing they don’t fit me, even though they are supposed to be a size 11, and they refuse to refund me the money for the return of the shoes. Just offering a 50% store credit of the price I paid for the shoes, so only a store credit for half of what I paid for them, not even a 100% credit for the price I paid for the shoes!!!
Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful customer service (if you can call it that) and thieves as well.
For your sake stay away and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the hassle and your money!!
