Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Product quality is awful. Website said shoes are "orthopedic, waterproof and warm". They are none of things. The soles feel like someone painted some cardboard and the upper is definitely not leather.

Same company has many "store fronts". All offering the same dodgy products.

Another one bites the dust

Another one bites the dust. Same issue, different company name. Product identical. Ardor Sydney / Armoire Melbourne. My ‘woollen sweater’ is a print, as is the ‘cardi’ - a print.

Same as everyone before me

Same as everyone before me, I have been scammed by these fraudsters. I received an item of clothing which bears no resemblance to that which I ordered.
What I need to know is, does anyone contact AAAC or Consumer Complaints? I intend to, to at least maybe get a lead on how to deal with this. I really like the idea of complaining to Chinese Consulate, which I shall do as well. I realise all these avenues will get me nowhere with Ardor BUT it is a start and hopefully it may provide some leads. How is this allowed to happen? We are being robbed blind by fraudsters and NO-ONE in authority cares!
And come on Trustpilot, shouldn't you be doing SOMETHING to help with all these complaints of fraudsters you receive. I know you are providing a wonderful platform for us to warn others, but could you set up some sort of investigative service to track down as much information as possible on these types of criminals for all of us to go forward and try to hunt them down. For a fee, of course.
Or am I living in la-la land?

I ordered an IPhone case and was sent…

I ordered an IPhone case and was sent the incorrect item they then offered for me to keep the wrong item as a gift whilst they send the correct item. They have advised they sent the correct item I told them it has not been received. The whole situation has become convoluted I requested a full refund which they have now refused to do until I post back the incorrect item they sent me. This company sources its stock from China. Be very careful if you order through this company you may not get what you wished for.

Scam steer clear not Australian company

If I could give it no stars I would- please check the product photos carefully they advertise new balance sneakers and the photos show new balance sneakers with edited photos which shows a different brand on the sneaker tongue. This brand should not be appearing on Google shopping feed as they are violating copyright laws and Google policy.

SCAMMED!

Tried to return a garment that was way to big. They wouldn't send me the returns details until I had sent a photo of the label showing size (why?). When I inspected the garment I realized that there were NOT TAGS! Completely scammed. Don't trust this seller. The jacket I purchased was awful. Clearly home made by an amateur.

Annoyed I didn't read these reviews prior to purchase.
First I was deceived in thinking this site was in Sydney but soon realised by length of time for delivery it was actually in China. That's OK, the bigger issue is the advertised Cotton dresses I thought I was buying are not cotton at all. They are 95% Polyester and 5% spandex and not suitable for hot weather conditions which is the reason I purchased "cotton".

SCAM, SCAM and YES! A SCAM!!

Ordered three (3) pairs of shoes from Ardor-Sydney which is a spin off from this company and O M G - RUBBISH ABSOLUTE RUBBISH - not even worth giving to charity! Yes, I wrote immediately after I received my shoes wrapped in bubble wrap and stuffed into a ziplock bag and all stuffed into a post bag which was too small. Quality is appalling. Plastic no leather. Stitching falling apart - aren't even usable!

Got the standard email 'We are so sorry and want to make you happy email' offering to give me 25% of my money back (yes for their faulty shoes which were NOT what was described) and their generous offer that I can keep these horrible things! and yes, I got the 'it will cost you $50 to send back to China' with the caveat 'if it gets there we'll refund you 100%' .... they sent me a 'return form' which was just a plain piece of paper with no logo, no company information and not much more and an address in China. Yes, I googled the address which according to google doesn't exist - some of it did and it was a massive industrial estate. Which basically means the address they've given me is a false one and/or my 'return' wouldn't end up ever getting to the right place - and I'd be out of pocket even more and they would keep all my money! .... so ended up accepting 50% refund which was in my account this morning ... @trustpilot I notice on this review site which is for the same company there are a number of '5 star' reviews - its strange they are all from Ireland! So I'm guessing this company is using some of the money they ripped off from me to pay someone to create multiple accounts and place false reviews to get their star rating up!

Refund not likely!

I bought Ellena - Premium Zipper Orthopedic Waterproof Boots $79.94. They arrived in a plastic bag + bubblewrap in a plastic postbag with no receipt. The material they are made from is quite thin (?vinyl) and the toe area was pushed in and would have required a lot of work to reshape. There were no orthopedic features eg firm upper or arch support. I contacted Ardor by email the same day and they responded within 24 hours as advertised, but that's where the good service ends. Their first offer was for me to keep the boots and get a 20% refund. When I declined, they offered the same but 40% refund, or I could return them to a return address in China and pay all postage/customs and get a refund when they received them. The postal address on the package is Chullora, NSW. The website says
"30 days return period
Refunds processed within 7 days
No restocking fee
Contact our customer service to get the return address". implying a quick and easy process. This is NOT the case! I've replied reminding them of Australian Consumer Laws but I'm still not sure if I will get all my money refunded.
UPDATE: Postage to China is around $25, the address seemed dodgy so I opted for their final offer of 60% refund + keep the boots. Still feeling ripped off though.

This company is NOT from Sydney

This company is NOT from Sydney. They ship from China! The quality is absolutely appalling and not as described by any stretch of the imagination! They will not refund my order in full even though they sent me the WRONG size and and instead offered me as others I have read about have been offered, a 50% refund or if I want a full refund I have to pay for Shipping back to China. What company does not offer a full refund when they are at fault!?! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS they are unethical. Here is their response to me...
Hi,

Thank you for your response. We're sorry to hear that you still want to return the product despite the inconvenience and cost involved. However, please be aware that in the unfortunate event of the package getting lost during return shipping, we would be unable to process a refund without the product being successfully delivered back to us.

We want to find a solution that will make you happy again, and while it's not typically allowed, we would like to offer you a one-time courtesy refund of 50% of your total order. In addition, you may keep the products.

Please note that this is an exception, as we don't normally offer such a refund. Hopefully, you'll find an offer generous enough to change your mind. 🙂

If you're still set on returning everything and we can't change your mind, no worries. I've attached the returns form for you – just fill it out and include it on the package. The return address and all the important details about our return policy are right there in the form.

For all international return shipments, please make sure to pay for the customs taxes and fees, as we are not liable for them.

We hope that you will consider our offer. Thank you for your understanding.
