Order has not yet arrived. I was assured it would be here a few days ago by the service desk and still waiting. Being told the problem is with the delivery company but they state they only got the merchandise late.

Amateurish at best. Strongly recommend shopping with someone else. Helpdesk has lousy hours and the five times I have called they have told me erroneous information and even straight out lies!

I had seen good comments on the robot lawn mower shelter on other sites. I purchased this shelter directly from Arebos and, after validation of payment, the shelter was delivered within the following 3 days in well-protected packaging. I had good exchanges by email with the Arebos advisors who respond quickly.

The set is good and practical but when I opened it , it was used . It had like black marks , they were small dead insects and the smell was very unpleasant.

Order never shipped. They made a full refund. The reason first seems to be incorrect billing data, the data I entered were all correct, then because they don't ship to my address where packages arrive from all over the world.
Terrible experience and terrible assistance.

Excellent super product and fast delivery

The ice-cube machine is good,good size cubes,BUT has the same problem as my former one(Princess): the timer on/off doesn’t work properly! Set on off between 10pm-10am, it stops between ~14-18pm —->melted cubes at cocktail time! Tell me the trick!!

I placed an order for a 4 person spa. I realized that i wanted the 6 person spa, but becaus i already orderd it was not posible to change my order.
There was no respons on my email, and i needed to caal to the UK to get someone on the phone. The dutch customerservice was not availeble and there is noone that can speak dutch... now i have the 4 person spa wich is fine but small. Very strangnes that an order can't be changed even if its not been send out. That makes me wonder how dificult it will be to get the right support if needed.

Assembly instructions are not clearly explained. Rest all are good

I order a toolbox. It is good but with a few bumps here and there. I think its just part of it because the packaging is quiet good. I just hope you guys maintain having your product good because i was so nervous when i read your reviews. Please keep up the good service.
