Bought a caravan with a motor mover but without remote. I used the A & R electronic developments web site to identify the remote I needed. Delivery was very quick following payment. Once I had the remote I identified a fault with the control box. A quick call to A & R confirmed the diagnosis a repair was purchased and my control box posted to them. 3 working days later I received the repaired unit. All working as it should thanks to A&R electronic developments. Excellent service.

Dropped off my burner to be repaired.got a message the next day to say it was done.picked it up and it looks like new so fitted it and works great.

Excellent service our Thetford fridge was not working on 12v and was buzzing. They don't make these anymore and you can't buy one anywhere thought I was going to need a new fridge but sent off the PCB board and it was back repaired and working fine super quick service. Highly recommend.

What a brilliant service, repaired the PCB on our Thetford caravan fridge. It wouldn't work on gas and they are obsolete so couldn't buy a new one. A & R give a fantastic service. We posted it on the Monday afternoon it was repaired and back to us by Friday It's back on and working great. Would highly recommend

Getting ready for our first outing in 4 years due to ill health. Everything checked,repaired or replaced, except motor mover. (It worked last time!). A week to go, better check it. Woops, it's not working! Needs a new remote control. Help!

Ordered a universal remote control for my Reich unit 2 days ago.
It arrived today!
All instructions followed and 25 minutes later we now have movement!!!

First class service. Same day repair.

My Truma Mi mover had died, completed the online repair order form on a Monday. Sent on the Tuesday and was returned with two new safety relays fitted on the Thursday. All fitted back in the caravan and working great. Great service, many thanks. Mark

Excellent prompt service at a reasonable cost. I would have liked a confirmation of the order after placing it.

We returned from holiday and tried to put the caravan on the drive, only to be faced with mover that would no longer work. The nightmare that ensued was horrendous.
Having contacted Truma they pointed me to AR electronics. I checked out their website and sourced their own replacement remote. I ordered it late on Wednesday and it arrived on Friday morning. The set up was simple and everything worked first time. In my opinion the replacement is better to use than the original.
Five star service with a product to match, definitely a company to keep on file should disaster strike again.

Would give 10 stars if possible.
New remote for my Reich twin axle.
Even a complete idiot like me had the program installed and the control boxes synchronised within 5 minutes.
Read the instructions, watched the video, then did it.
Truly brilliant, and it even fits snugly in my caravan bracket.

Amazing ultra quick service

Every mover seller I went to said that the mover could not be repaired and that I had to purchase a new one for €1200.00 incl. installation. I sent the mover to A&R and it was repaired. It works like new again! Thank you very much for the fast service. I will recommend you to anyone with this problem!
