Awful experience
We paid our deposit and 50% cost for our windows in April 2022 and subsequently found ourselves chasing up throughout the summer to get a date for installation. One unsuitable date was offered with less than 24 hours notice via text in June which we could not accommodate due to work and the fact it was not consecutive days. We also needed to arrange somewhere for our dog. The windows were eventually fitted on 14th and 15th of September. After day 1 we immediately noted damage to one of the new windows which was not disclosed to us by the fitters until we pointed it out. This was passed on to their boss, Aaron, along with another issue regarding the silicone/sealant in another room which was done to a disgraceful standard. It was claimed this was fixed but was even worse than it was before. Upon completion the main fitter advised us to contact Aaron if we had not heard anything within the month with regards to the damaged window. This fitter even made comment on the fact his boss was “useless.”
After getting in touch to collect the final payment, we discussed other issues with Aaron about our patio doors having gaps around the frame. Aaron told us they shouldn’t have gaps and he would get that looked at when our damaged window was being sorted. He claimed this part was ordered and would be ready on 30th September. We were away on this date so he assured us he would contact us on the 4th October 2022 when we returned home.
Needless to say this call never happened and as of July 2023 we have not heard a thing and have had every call, voicemail, text and email ignored by Aaron for the last 10 months. We would never recommend this company. The salesman Alan was wonderful but that’s an obvious requirement to get the sale. Avoid this company.
