Good communication From A to Z with pricing, experience description ect on What’sApp. We had a four hours pontoon outing (6 adults) on Arenal Lake in a comfortable and high quality boat equipped with a bbq and great sound system. As planned we stopped for swim and all went as expected

Incredible experience! Arenal Watersports is the real deal. The Jet Skis are fast and well-maintained, and the scenery is unbeatable. It’s such a unique way to see Arenal Volcano. The booking process was seamless and the staff was super friendly, shout out to Marlon! Highly recommend for anyone looking for some adventure on the water!

We booked two Jet Skis for two hours as a last minute adventure on Arenal Lake while staying at Volcano Lodge in the LaFortuna area. We had two drivers and two passengers.

Getting an Uber to the lake was easy enough from our hotel (the cost was about $15). The ride is about 30 minutes. We visited on Easter weekend, which made getting a return Uber very difficult. The gentleman at Arenal water sports was kind enough to help us get a taxi ride back with Red Taxi, which was about $40 for four people. He did inform us that calling a taxi company is always more expensive than getting an Uber. The Red Taxi worked out fine, though.

The jet ski rental went extremely smoothly for booking. We rented two jet skis that were in very good shape. They go through a safety briefing, give you personal flotation devices and then do a pre inspection of the jet skis.

Once that is done you are in for an amazing time! You are free to ski over the majority of the Lake Arenal area. We rented for two hours and absolutely loved the beautiful green countryside! The water was choppy the day we went out, but despite that was so much fun! We took our kids (12 and 13) as passengers and it was certainly a highlight of their trip!

I certainly recommend checking prices for the hourly rental rates in their site and make sure you are getting the prices that are appropriate for your 1,2, or 3 hour rental.

They have toilets and changing area in the waiting area, should you need them. They only have a four or so lockers, so I would recommend bringing a small dry bag to put valuables in the jet skis compartment while you are on the water.

Over all the people that work here are extremely helpful, thorough, and pleasant. The views of the lake Arenal area are spectacular. The experience is well worth the 30 minute taxi ride each way!

Marlin was awesome! We had a great time. We got on the water quick and were able to enjoy our entire time!

My wife and paid 20 dollars each to take out a double kayak on the very clean, calm, Arenal lake with Arenal volcano as a beautiful backdrop. Very peaceful and relaxing with only the interesting wildlife to break the silence. Federico spoke very good English and was very happy to help us with everything we needed. The kayaks have comfortable seats and I would thoroughly recommend doing this.

Great experience jet skiing on lake arenal. The host was very accommodating at the last minute and super helpful explaining everything. Jet skis were in great condition

This is a great place to learn Windsurfing in Costa Rica! If you want to have the best conditions you have to come to Lake Arenal anyways. Most people go to the West of the Lake but the winds there are very strong so not where I would want to learn.
Marlon & his team at Water Sports Arenal have a Motor Boat and if you book a lesson they will drive you to a place on the lake with optimal wind on that day, supervise from the boat and give instructions.
This is not only very convenient but as well feels very safe and is fun.
Learning to Windsurf is hard so be patient with yourself and have fun- Lake Arenal is beautiful!
Marlon stayed voluntarily beyond my lesson time as he wanted me to progress to a certain point and didn’t charge for it. I don’t think that’s something you can expect but it speaks a lot about his passion for the sport. Plus he took photos during the lesson and send them to me-amazing!
The office structure has lockers, wifi and there is a snack shop nearby. The windsurfing equipment was in great shape, communication was very polite and professional- exactly what you want.
For questions WhatsApp is easiest.

The tour guide was very professional and the whole tour was pretty fun.
