The worst possible sport channel

The worst possible sport channel. Has contracted all the possible sport available to broadcast and is never able to show what's important, like Chanpions leage.

We have to wait for the basket to finish, than wait another 10 min for the commercials to play and than 20 min later we are able to start watching the main event.

I wish I would read all these reviews…

I wish I would read all these reviews before ordering. I ordered 9 days ago and after 8 days now received an email that my parcel is in transit shipping to uk . Before ordering it said 2-3 working day’s delivery and now after 9 days it says another 3 to 8 days to get it! Also it said sign up to receive 10 percent discount but the code wasn’t working.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Terribly poor communication and customer service. The return process is a joke, you have to wait weeks on end for the return to be processed despite sending loads and loads of e- mails and you only get an automated respone. Will never buy from these ever again SHOCKING!

How do we get retribution?

I too tried to go through the European commission but not possible from the UK as on the form you can't type in UK as home country or English as the language.
Maybe we need to contact BBC rogue traders!

good not received after 5 weeks, and not returning my money

everyone writing about the poor returns policy should at least be grateful they received goods to return in the first place! i am now 5 weeks with no delivery, and arena and UPS are unable to locate the package that i have paid for. I have insisted for 2 weeks that my money is returned for the good not received and that the dispute is between Arena and UPS but I am being ignored.

This feel like nothing short of theft as they are not returning my money. I am trying to escalate via the European commission for online dispute resolution but that is proving difficult from the UK.

this has been a truly awful experience, with zero customer service or care for my situation. I strongly recommend you purchase your arena goods through another reseller. The average trust pilot rating of 1 should tell you everything you need to know.

i will continue to chase the return of my money for good not received, don't make the same mistake as me.

Update: 3 weeks later and still not resolved. I cannot advise strongly enough to not use this company

no support if purchased from Amazon !

I bought a swimming cap for over 40$ from Amazon. The cap was torn after 4 months or so from usage.
Arena told me that i have to contact amazon for support not their website. Amazon don't provide this service as the return period is closed.
Arena don't care about their product in the market and don't provide support if not purchased from their website.

Avoid their products, not durable and not supported.

Shocking service

If possible, I would have given no stars. Shocking experience. Arena have not refunded my money even though the item was returned and a subsequent item was purchased. All guidelines were followed to return the item and a second customer representative informed me that my item was possibly in a warehouse with thousands of other products. Shameful

Crap customer service

Crap customer service - am trying to return x 2 swimming trunks - wrong parcel label, wrong invoice - makes me wonder if Arena care at all about their customers - avoid like the coronavirus!

DO NOT BUY! Shocking customer care service

DO NOT BUY! Horrible customer care service. Shocking. Swimming trunks fit all differently. Returned 3 (free returns), but only got refunded less than 2 (for whatever reason). Customer care service keeps me waiting for more than 2 months and doesn't reply. Disappointing. Never again.
UPDATE: Got finally my refund after 3 months and about 10 emails.

DON'T BUY IF YOU NEED TO RETURN

If I could give arena sport 1 star i would.

I placed my order excited about their swimwear options but didn't not realise the nightmare of returning. They have it stated on their website in bold letters 'free returns'. Well the free returns couldn't be more difficult if they tried. They have no customer support just one email that takes days to respond. I have still not been able to return my items and it causing me a lot of stress.

I have now tried on multiple occasions to return my items with no success and there is nobody to help.

I will certainly not be bothering again.

Avoid buying arena products direct from
arena! If you need to make a return you
simply won't be able to. They use UPS
and just take a look at the reviews for that
company!!! Awful. Arranged a UPS
collection three times, UPS never turned up. I asked Arena for help and advice and they were plain rude. I was told that they would not arrange collection for me and it was my problem. I didn’t ask them to organise the collection. All I wanted was an alternative way of returning the item. Dreadful! Would give zero stars if I could.

Huge hassle to return

Returns are free but it took over a week for Arena to reply to emails and send return details as the returns are sent to Italy. Can't imagine how much hassle it would be to deal with an issue as correspondence all goes abroad. I also ordered a suit a week ago and have just been emailed to ask for my address which was clearly on the order I will stick to UK companies in future. Ps no idea how the average is 2 stars when every review so far has been 1 star.

Shockingly Poor Customer Service

Arena Water Instinct customer service is shockingly poor. For the last two weeks, no matter how I try to reach Customer Support, I have been unable to receive a decent response from arena about an apparel inventory size and availability question. Initially I sent a request to arena through Facebook Instant Messenger. After failing to hear back from them, I then tried the Contact Us Help Desk, and also emailed them a customer service request. Finally I recently called the Customer Service number during business hours. No one answered. How can arena possibly run a business and succeed in a competitive online environment when they won’t reply to customer requests?

Never again

I was a regular customer, since my wife and daughter are professional swimmers. I received through the post a 21% discount for my next order on the website. I placed an order, then waited for two weeks for news. Nothing happened. I contacted them, they replied saying that the items I ordered were no longer in stock and refunded me. I wonder what would have happened if I did not contact them again. Terrible customer service, I won't order from them again.
