Niall came out to do a drainage survey at a last minute call out. Super swift and efficient service. Argos Drains came to survey my neighbours drain in relation to an extension I am doing immediately next to their house. They were very prompt (did the survey 1 day after I first spoke to them m), very professional and very personable and friendly during the survey. Their service is also very cost effective compared to many other comparable service providers of this nature - thoroughly recommended!

I have a Grade II listed property and I was experiencing severe issues with blocked drains. I found Argo on Google and booked an engineer to come out.
The engineer called Niall arrived on time and was very professional and personal in his approach. He explained what he intended to do and went through the job in hand after listening carefully to me.
He got on with the job and kept me informed during as to how it was all going. He got the drains completely clear and running properly. After constant issues with these, I can now rest easy after a job really well done.
I cannot thank Niall enough and he is a credit to Argo and I would recommend him to anybody and I intend to pass on my experience to friends.

Had Argo Drains out to clear a blocked drain in the Garden. I called them at 4pm and they came out the next morning at 9am. It only took them 20 minutes, really pleased with the service - They also washed down the patio with disinfectant!

I found Argo on Google search after we developed a bad leak in the middle of our drive. Neil was very helpful and polite and quickly confirmed what the problem was. Will definately keep there number in my phone

Arriving when they said they would the two guys provided excellent & efficient service with a smile. Very friendly, professional, aware of Covid-19 rules and arrived wearing correct PPE throughout.

Excellent service provided by Argo drains. Contacted them on a Sunday and didnt expect to receive a response until a few days later in the week. Thankfully Craig contacted me back the same day and arranged for someone to call me. The friendly lady called me to discuss the issues and also quoted very competitive prices over the phone. Appointment booked for the following afternoon. The guys got held up on a previous job and again the lady pro actively called me to advise they were running late and we agreed another time for them to attend. On the day two guys arrived on time, very friendly and did an excellent job clearing out my drains, mo mess left on site. I had only expected to clear the one but they managed to do all 5. Excellent service, and would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you Argo.
