Been waiting two days for a cooker to be delivered ,rang several times and after it wasnt delivered the 18th sept was told it would be delivered the 19th,tracking said 19th .Item has been delivered ,i phoned the courier who confirmed argos has not sent the item yet again .Absolutely shocking service and i am still waiting .When i phoned argos yet again all they say is sorry and when i asked when will ot be delivered i have been told the courier will be in touch.Disgusted with argos what a stressful experience ,wont buy from them again .I will be reporting them to trading standards .

Not enough payment machines for the long queues

Always a brilliant delivery service. Ordered the second jenson small bed frame with drawers and mattress for grandchildren. The first one ordered recently was a lot easier to put together and really good quality.
Thank you Argos and delivery team bringing the order with prior notice and phone call. Brilliant.

Argos, Tu and Sainsbury's. I try very hard not to put myself in a situation where I have to return stuff. But over the last couple of months, due to unusual circumstances, I have had to return a T-shirt and 2 pairs of shoes. It has been a very easy process, and the refunds have appeared in my account promptly. The staff at the Argos counter at Shirley Retail Park are so helpful, making the process seamless.

Jack is very rude in complaints

Recently bought a radio & another item from Argos situated inside Sainsbury, Wadsley Bridge, Sheffield. The
staff in this store are polite & friendly.
I was served by Chris & the Manager Toni, who I found to be most helpful. They helped me in purchasing the radio & also operating it, as I was experiencing difficulty. The service offered is much appreciated.

Like many others, I found that my gas supply was switched off by Argos without my knowledge, not even an email or an app notification was sent! What kind of company is this?!

Even if they are the cheapest provider, I will never consider Argos again. A joke of a company with 0 customer communication.

To make matters worse, they have taken money from my account and not even refunded it back!
