Do not buy from this company,we did thinking because its Australian we woild be right,but the printer came directly from china with no checking if it worked.
We have gone to court twice now,and both times Greg has been told to pay us ,but we are still waiting,the printer didn't work from the start,had excuse after excuse from Greg(lost phone,been in hospital etc ) dragged out for over 2 years out of pocket over $9000 .
Dont not purchase from this company

Don’t ever buy of this company, been over 9 months now of constant lies non communication about when I will receive my replacement printer for the broken one of which I received. So now I don’t even have a broken printer and haven’t heard from this fella in over a month now at least( but I bet he will reply to this straight away as to try to make his buisness not look dodgy and corrupt), have also had more then one person personally message me with their experience with this company too. I’m over it at this point and can see that it gonna be more trouble then what it’s worth to get my printer , I just want people to know about this dodgy company and how they operate and plan to post one of these up every so often just to keep

I haven't received anything yet, but the fact I got a phone call on a weekend outside of business hours to discuss my purchase and make sure we have purchased what is correct for us, was pretty awesome. Than there was about 15 or so emails that went back and forth until I was completely satisfied with my choice.

I bought the Epson 1390 dtf printer from Argura Print tech. It took a couple of weeks to arrive, then Greg was very helpful with helping me set it up and get it going. I love it. It’s a great printer.

Once again, a perfect example of how Customer Service should be given. My order was processed and mailed promptly to ensure I received it in time for a Christmas Customer. And also once again, the quality of the DTF is fantastic.

I am a first time customer. I placed my order to be picked up, as I live locally, and the owner dropped off at my work place. And gave me extra in my order. Great customer service and I will be purchasing again the the near future
