Ordered a resin letter with flowers for my wife. The link to the order shows the order is “in progress”. It’s been almost 9 weeks since I ordered and it has not arrived. I contacted the customer service to ask for an update and they claim the order is on route. I’ve asked for the carrier name and tracking number and they have gone silent.
arhdcompuly is a TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Giving them a 1 star rating is far too generous.

The intricate design is beautiful yet effortless. It's an elegant addition to any home decor. I highly recommend these vases! The craftmanship is commendable and worth every penny. Review: The Spring Family Bud Vases are absolute quality.

The company doesn't deserve a rating at all.
After failing to receive any follow-up from my purchase, and no invoice in the purchase email confirmation. After several days I contacted seller for an update, the response has not been acceptable. Their response has been to contact the seller, doh! I then checked reviews to find that it is probably a scam site and has multiple negative reviews.
I did make a 2nd purchase before I started investigation of the company.

I am really pleased with my purchase of the Spring Family Bud Vases. Great value for the price, absolutely recommend! They have truly added a touch of spring to my space.

took the money didn't provide the product ,wanted to charge me more to get the product I already paid for, So I check the better business bureau, others had same or simular problems. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY FRAUDULENT/SCAM/THIEVERY

Once again…This Company is a Chinese SCAM! DO NOT BUY from them! You NEVER Receive their Product. I asked for a Refund…which they can’t do because the product has shipped. I haven’t received any thing except emails saying “it’s Shipped” for 2 months. AND No tracting information.

DO NOT BELIEVE the other Reviews! When you read their 5 ⭐️ Reviews just pay attention to the poor grammar. They must hire others to write these reviews!?! BUT when you read the 1⭐️ reviews you can tell it’s from Real Customer's. This Company is a SCAM!

Ordered a Christmas present on Dec 9th, it arrived Jan 28. I even paid extra for expedited shipping. Tracking # was never posted on my transaction and I had no idea it was coming from overseas, hence the long shipping time. Had I known it was coming from overseas, I would not have ordered from them. Website is very deceptive and uninformative. Only way to contact them is through chats and I kept getting the same answer over and over, your package is in route but no tracking number was ever provided. Asked for a refund, and was told they could not give a refund since package was shipped but I had no proof of that. Was actually surprised when the package showed up at my address almost 2 months later but box was crushed during shipment. Will NEVER use them again.

Don't believe the happy customer reviews. No doubt their own employees writing happy reviews trying to convince us to give them money for things that never arrive.
I've given customer service (a non-existing entity) opportunity to rectify this.
Ordered end of Dec. Here we are in mid-March & still no product.
You try to request shipping info with tracking number & all you get is "please be patient" from some AI girl, with the name Apple, saying "we've requested shipping update, please be patient.
2.5 months of the same crap!

Ordered two automatic pot stirrers in mid December which were to be delivered by Christmas. They finally arrived mid February. Items were poorly packaged and arrived mangled and torn open. I sent photos and requested a refund but was jerked around and only offered a $2 credit (items were $40 total. Horrible company and horrible customer service!

Ordered a tissue box on 11/26/23 for a Xmas gift. Advertised repeatedly on Facebook in the fall. When I hadn't received the item by mid-December, went into tracking info on the order receipt and it said it was fulfilled 11/27/23. My credit card via PayPal link was charged on 11/26. Still no item by Feb 3 so began a repetitively back and forth using their only contact info on the order page (email). Response was that the item was delivered successfully on Dec 26. It wasn't. Their tracking number was odd and responses were in English with possibly Chinese words also. Thus, on Feb 5, I signed into my personal Informed Delivery account to see prior package delivery entries for Dec at my specific address. Found a red Alert by USPS with a tracking number in format used by USPS and the trail of the item as arriving at NY NY Distribution Center on Dec 22 and through various NY, CT, MA regional centers but ending Dec 26 as "Seized by USPS for Counterfeit Postage" at Mid NY Distribution Center and would not be delivered. Advised to contact merchant and/or credit card company. I copied and pasted this as I also did for my PayPal charge and sent to Arhdcompuly again. They responded (again) that it was delivered and sent me a new tracking number in the USPS format saying it was delivered. I tracked that in USPS site and it also said item delivered in/at mailbox (but no inclusion of my actual address, just my town). I went to my post office and spoke to employee who researched it. They had no record of such. Note: I had my mail on hold around Christmas time while away so a package would have remained at the post office then. Thus, their statement of the delivery was untrue (per USPS Informed Delivery research, local post office online and physical search AND no alerts on my RING spotlight real time or recording of anyone transgressing my front property to deliver it). Today, before I wrote this, their response was to check my surveillance video and go to the post office -- all actions I just told them I did in prior email!!!
I wish I had researched the business and now will always do so if I ever consider such a purchase seen on social media. Beware!

Email always bounced & request fully refunds

It's disappointment and frustration regarding the late delivery of my order placed on 1 Dec 2023 with online shop (totally 6 money bank). The order was intended to be a Christmas gift for our kids, but unfortunately, it did not arrive in time for the holiday, as promised.

As my intention was to surprise my kids during the festive season but now was NOTHING!

I ordered on Dec 6, 2023. First they billed me $10 more than the amount on the receipt. It took me 2 weeks to get that resolved. Then they wouldn't give me any tracking. Finally I threatened to have the charges reversed and they sent a tracking number that said item not found. Numerous messages back and forth. Finally on Dec 31, 2023 the package started moving( tracking people said they received it that day. It took four weeks to finally get the product. Almost 8 weeks from start to finish. Very poor quality. I assure you I will never order from this company again.

I ordered banks for my grandsons on November 8 for Christmas and never received them. Customer service support is terrible. I try to email them and get a lane response to contact the seller but there is nowhere to do this!!! No phone number to reach them. The last update I received was that it shipped to the U.S. on 12/25. I will never order anything again that is shipped from overseas. Lesson learned and a loss of $40 and no banks!
