I placed an order on the 19/03/2026 have still not received my protect have been emailed twice promising a tracking number as my product has apparently been shipped but still no tracking number no product and no update this Company are scammers and I can see they have done this before do not buy from this company I will be taking this matter further
Very good quality products, speedy delivery but mostly my compliments go to Federica who very kindly answered my questions via whatsapp about a return and proceeded quickly to refund me the amount paid and exchange some other who was not of my liking immediately .
Love the quality and excellent service. Delivery by DHL always great.
