Our journey through Beijing, Xi'an, and Shanghai with Aria Travel was one of the best travel experiences we've ever had.
From the very beginning, Steven did an outstanding job planning our itinerary. He listened carefully to what we wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and created a trip that perfectly balanced famous landmarks with authentic local experiences. Communication was always prompt and clear, and we felt confident that every detail had been carefully arranged before we even arrived in China.
During our trip, our guide Tracy truly made the experience exceptional. She was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly warm throughout the journey. Her English was excellent, and she shared fascinating historical and cultural insights that brought every destination to life. She was also very attentive to our needs, flexible with the schedule when necessary, and always made sure we were comfortable.
Everything—from airport transfers and hotels to transportation and daily activities—was seamless and well organized. We never had to worry about logistics and were able to simply enjoy every moment of our trip.
