Damaged Items and No Customer Support
I ordered (#3027) from the official Ariel Pink store as a long-time Ariel Pink fan – and I will remain one.
Shipping took approximately 8 weeks.
One vinyl record arrived unsealed and clearly not in new condition (damaged shrinkwrap, seam split inner sleeve, and the inner sleeve paper adhesive coming loose).
The cassette case arrived cracked (transport damage documented by FedEx).
I contacted the store directly to resolve the issue but did not receive any response. Very disappointed!
I also attempted to resolve the matter through PayPal, but the claim was denied.
As a fan supporting the official store and the artist, I expected better quality control and customer service. (There is none)
This experience was very disappointing. Especially cause I'm a collector.
