No tracking information was ever provided, and my emails asking about the status of the item went unanswered. Luckily, my credit card company approved my claim and refunded the purchase.

Bought a clone of a luxury watch from them. Photos appear to be of an actual luxury watch, not the clone they are selling. Not a great clone up close, as lots of small differences visually if you know where to look. Crown guard almost non existent, dial printing is fair, but spacing and clarity of dial printing is bad if you compare to an original and especially if you magnify and look close. Back of case is poorly finished. Movement is a very cheap 2813 Chinese movement inside a plastic movement ring. The movement behaves badly enough just trying to wind and set time that I will probably have to take it out and try to service it immediately, it is not a 3135 clone as shown in item description and pictures. The braclet is a clone of a cheaper watch band of the same brand, but the easy link adjustment doesn't work, so you better hope that removal of links will get you close enough to adjustment to be useable. It should have had a glide link clone instead based on the watch type and pictures/description, which is an easier band to adjust and probably wouldnt have as many issues. It comes in a clone box, which is not very close to original, and the box was partially torn inside so not really useful for display or anything with that damage. Shipping and tracking was kind of a joke/shell game. They provided tracking info, and within a few days, it was showing some movement scans in a partner warehouse in LA and awaiting USPS pickup, which I think was completely bogus tracking scans since weeks later, USPS still hadn't received it, and I think there was eventually a couple of scans from china when assembly was complete, which means that watch had never been in LA yet. At about a month, and poking the customer service several times, asking to cancel the order because it was obvious that the watch wasn't in LA yet, then the original tracking info sort of disappeared, and they told me I had to manually adjust tracking to a different Chinese shipping company, and now the watch was suppose to be in on its way by flight to NY, but USPS still knew nothing about the tracking number provided. It eventually had some new tracking scans in NY but only visible if you manually selected a specific Chinese shipping company, but USPS said they still didn't have it and at this point they didn't even recognize the tracking number. It eventually arrived at my house via USPS but with a different USPS tracking number than the one they gave me. Based on the bogus scans early on and changing tracking company/numbers/location, i had thought it was a scam by that point since it was over 30 days, so I did dispute the CC transaction, but then it arrived a few days later. Also, there is no way to leave a review on their website for the product (and all 100+ watches share the same reviews), so it appears all those reviews are bogus. So to summarize: it looks good from a distance, but won't stand up to any sort of scrutiny but the movement will need some work to make it a reliable watch. The band provided is almost useless, And the shipping was frightening that they are willing to add fake movement scans to try to cover up that it was really in China and took forever to get to the US.

i have had a terrible experience. i bought a watch back in july. it came from china not ca and took a month to get to me. i sent it back because it was long after my sons birthday by the time i recieved it. they acknowledged they recieved it and said in 7 days i would be refunded my money. it had been 4 WEEKS and still no refund. i will never buy anything from them again

Do not order from this company. I originally made a purchase on 6/21/25 for a pair of Jordan brand golf shoes and was charged through PayPal. I was never sent shipping information, and finally after emailing the company, on 7/13/25 I was notified that the item was out of stock and I could either have credit for a different product or have my money refunded. I responded on 7/14/25 that I would like to be refunded my money. The company responded on 7/15/25 that I would have my refund within 7 business days. After more than a full calendar month, I had still yet to be refunded. I emailed the company about the refund on 8/20/25 and they responded on 8/21/25 that I could expect my full refund in 2-3 business days. At that time, I contacted PayPal and they (not Ariginals) issued me a refund. As I write this review, the item that I ordered and was told was out of stock, is still available to purchase on their website. Still allowing people to order from their site knowing they do not have the inventory to provide to customers is nothing short of theft. This company steals from people and they need to be held accountable. Whoever is running this company is a criminal. Don’t fall for their scam. And I would be happy to provide or post all of my correspondence (or lack thereof) with Ariginals and PayPal to verify.

Despicable company. I ordered a watch (Order ARGI10001447) that arrived Aug 2, 2025 and was defective — the crown/knob broke immediately. I complied with all documentation requests: full unboxing video, split clips (sent per their instruction), and clear photos — all included in the same email chain.

Despite this, Ariginals repeatedly claimed the evidence was “insufficient,” delayed responses for weeks, and ignored multiple follow-ups. Their own website states that customer service will respond within 2–3 business days, yet they routinely went silent for weeks.

On Sept 18, 2025, I issued a final demand for a refund with a deadline of Sept 25, 2025; no refund has been issued as of yet, and the rude, dismissive, and downright ignorant email I received last night makes it clear they have no intention of honoring a refund for their own defective, scammy products.

All correspondence is preserved and will be escalated to every relevant consumer protection agency. This company supplies defective products and refuses to honor basic refund obligations. If you value prompt, honest customer service, do not purchase from Ariginals.

Should anyone wish to see how they handle customer service, I will supply all emails they had with us.

Ordered a watch in a particular model and size. I wrote to confirm the order and its details, but I didn't get a response. Instead, I received an invalid shipping tracking number, and the tracker showed no number associated with that package. A watch finally arrived, but it is not the model or size I ordered. The clasp on the steel band would not hold, and the logo on the clasp fell off when I removed the plastic packaging from the clasp. I informed the seller about the issues with the watch's model, size, and clasp, but I received no response. There are other people selling watches that must be more reliable than this seller. I think you should look elsewhere for any watches you need.

Terrible service. Watch was not working as it should. Color of case and dial markers were obviously wrong. They ask for an unboxing video before even responding to anything. There are plenty of other options. I recommend steering clear of them.

I have been requesting a refund for a product they no longer have in stock.

Do not order any kind of watch or anything with moving parts. Also, do not expect a refund or any customer service. IF by some miracle someone responds to you, you will need: original receipt, original packing slip, original shipping box, and it can not have been used or tested. Even if I could have got ahold of someone, they would not take it back for the simple fact i took it out to see if it worked. Horrible, do not buy. Save your money and use a trusted site!

They took my order, took my money ($180), and then proceeded to send me emails that order was processing, being checked in quality control, and ready for shipment (along with a bunch of other busted-English spam-like emails). When I wanted a tracking number after weeks of this game, they FINALLY came around and said that the shoes I ordered for my daughter weren't actually in stock, but I could use the money for something else (for which there was nothing else I wanted). I asked for a refund and they have ghosted me. Thieves. I'd give them zero stars and a handcuff icon if it were offered.

Purchased a watch. Never received the watch and never received a email reply from them. Never received a refund also.

It’s a scam website that sells FAKE knockoff watches. You can’t buy a real Rolex for $400. Buyer beware dummies

Do not purchase anything from this company. They send a completely incorrect size and then don’t return your emails regarding exchanges.
If there was an option for zero stars, that’s what I would choose.
