I had an issue with the electricity regeneration form my solar panels which after being checked turned out to be an issue with the inverter being shut down multiple times during the day that resulted in reduction of the energy generation from the solar installation system. When I contacted the company about the issue, I was told that there was an outstanding payment for the solar installation which I did not know about until I raised this issue months later the installation had been done. In there has not been any problem regarding payment from my side as I have completed the same in full. Now I am not being provided with the services because of this 'Outstanding Payment' that was not conveyed at the time of installation and was apparently only noticed by the company when I raised an issue about their products.
I think even 1 star is more than generous for rating as I won't be able to post this review without selecting the star based on the experience I had with the company these past few days.

We got our Solar-panel fitted, the sales contact was really good at working towards getting a solution. Once approval was done, the team did speedy work to get everything installed. Between the order signed and approval better communication would have been appreciative . Operations team was quite responsive.

I worked with Arin Power on a solar project of which myself and my client were extremely satisfied with the service. There was a clear structured project plan which was well received. I would highly recommend and will look to use them again in the future on other projects.

Excellent support from Arinpower. Several companies provided quotations, which were the most fantastic bargain. They fitted a battery and 25 solar panels. From quote to installation, it took around one month. The team also helped us with the paperwork, a complete end-to-end solution at a very reasonable price.

Very professional service throughout, from the first quote to the survey, licencing and permission acquisition, and installation. The panels were immediately installed by the specialists, and the electrical installation is quite tidy. Being able to readily see the electricity generated and used utilising a phone app.

I have had solar panels installed and the team were very helpful. During the install, some tiles were cracked however they were replaced by the team the next day before completing the work. Throughly satisfied with the final result. Friendly and recommend the service.
