The product I received was exactly as advertised and actually exceeded my expectations. They went above and beyond to help me with this purchase. I received a call that let me know my item could be sent parcel post which would save me postage over the listed shipping cost. Can't ask for more considerate service!!! Arizona Bead was very expedient and Accurate. I only have two less than stellar comments: #1 I would have liked to get an email telling me when the order shipped and #2 a couple of the colors were not as vibrant as show on the website. The "Purple" is actually more of a steel gray than purple. The light pink is barely more than white.

I had just returned from doing a show and I was a bit off my game. As for the color of the pearl magnets, I understand what you're talking about. When those colors first coming out...18 years ago, they were quite a nice surprise from the traditional “white pearl” that was the only color available otherwise. So, when they came out with them...I tried to give them names that would excite the buyer. However, yes, they are very pastel. And, the pictures on the website are not meant to deceive....I'm guessing that when I took out the background, or lightened the background, I may have inadvertently enhanced the color. I will try to take new pictures soon to reflect the colors better. If for any reason, you don't want them...please let me know and I will make arrangement with you to return them for a full refund. --David

We purchased the magnetized hematite 8 mm both in black and pearl, magnetized clasps and grabbed an order of Swarovski 6mm Rosaline bicones. Beautiful merchandise! Good product, Great price!
This was my first time purchase with Arizona Bead Company and it won't be my last! I have arthritis, which make it difficult for me to fasten jewelry clasps, so I often use magnetic clasps for my necklaces. I want to be able to offer that option for my customers as well. After much searching, I found exactly what I was looking for, the 6mm MAG-LOK magnetic clasps in both gold and silver and some 8mm etched silver decorative clasps. The magnets are strong and the clasps are well-made.
