Didn’t receive my order neither refund!!!!!

Ordered 5 items. I love this brand so was very exvited to get my package. 3 weeks after i placed my order i emailed them to see when i will get my delivery. They send me a tracking number UPS and saw the status was: delivered. I never received my package. They refuse to make a refund!!!!!!!

Terrible customer service

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on July 4th. No shipping update for 11 days, so I had to contact them first. They said one pair was out of stock, but it turned out they gave me wrong information - the "available" pair was actually out of stock.

Key issues:
-Never proactively inform about stock issues
-Multiple requests needed for refunds
-Charged shipping for 2 pairs but only sent 1 pair
-Completely ignored my request for shipping cost difference refund
-Reordered the same item - out of stock again

You always have to contact them first. They never reach out with updates. Avoid if you want proper customer service.

Be aware your information isn’t secure

I absolutely loved this brand and have multiple items from them but never bought directly from their website before and probably will rethink before ever buying again. In the Black Friday sale I ordered some white bridal sandals which unfortunately came dirty. They also arrived with no paperwork. I reached out and the customer service was amazing at first, and immediately sent out another pair. This parcel did, however, arrive with paperwork on the outside inside a paper envelope which contained all of my personal details including name, phone numbers, two of my addresses etc. I emailed back and said I felt uncomfortable that perhaps the paperwork had been lost from the first parcel considering the nature of it and that I would like to return everything including the faulty sandals. After clarifying what I was referring to, they have disregarded my worries, and taken no accountability for the mishap. I wasn’t necessarily complaining, I was trying to make them aware that my information had been breached, at the very least I wanted that to be acknowledged and perhaps apologised to. So with that breach of trust, plus sending out used shoes I wanted to return everything. However, now they are not responding to emails.

Unfortunately I think I will have to go through my bank and will be more conscious of shopping with them in the future.
