Unreliable
Every time I purchase something from this company, they never send my package. The first time i made a purchase was in January and didn’t receive it till March. This time I had made a purchase in early June and I still have not receive an update. It is August 18th and I live in the US.
UPDATED: To clarify, I have only made two purchases with this company and I still have not received my second purchase. The first one I had to email them to remind them that I had made a purchase and that is the only reason that they sent the package out. I have emailed them again, and I still have not received a response.

I don't want to sound flippant but if we never send your packages how come you received them?
You could see from the date on the franking mark that we posted them the day after you ordered them.
I am sorry they have taken so long though. That's very slow... even for standard post to the USA.
You did have the option of using the much quicker tracked delivery which would have given you updates but you chose the standard service again. Maybe we will remove the cheaper option for the USA but it seems to work ok for other customers.

My favourite shop for earplugs
Arka is my go-to shop when I want new ear jewellery. I love the selection of natural materials for the plugs and tunnels, and the beautiful ear hangers. The orders ship out really fast, often the next day, even when I messed up my postal address and sent them an e-mail to correct it. 12/10 would recommend

Hi Khloe, I looked up your order. Are you talking about the Hoor band you bought for £4? You didn't contact us about this. Everything is guaranteed for a month, so if there was a problem all you had to do was contact us and we would have sorted it out.

A repeat purchase from the wonderful team at Arka.
This time, they went the extra mile by holding on to my order until I had returned from holiday (I lost my plugs during a flight, so needed a replacement pair, and didn’t want them delivered till I returned home)
Arka have always been great when it comes to customer service, Mark, Lucia and the team have a great understanding of customer service, which keeps old customers coming back, and new customers becoming regular old customers.

Arka is my go to shop for body jewellery so I am a repeat customer and always happy with the quality of product and speedy delivery.
