Pessimo. Avevo ordinato una maglietta e ne hanno mandata una totalmente diversa. Innumerevoli mail e solleciti per un Servizio clienti inesistente e sto ancora aspettando di essere rimborsata nonostante ho fatto il reso da oltre 20 giorni. Assolutamente da evitare per mancanza di serietà e professionalità.
Un'esperienza di acquisto disastrosa.
Felpa ordinata il 22 dicembre e arrivata il 5 febbraio!! Sul sito, al momento dell'ordine, ti assicurano che la preparazione della felpa richiede max 5 giorni lavorativi + 2 giorni per la spedizione!!! Meno male!!!!
Da metà gennaio in poi ho scritto 3 email per sapere il motivo del ritardo della consegna a cui non ha mai risposto nessuno. Nessuno ha mai avvisato per il ritardo. Non c'è la possibilità di parlare telefonicamente con nessuno. Un SERVIZIO CLIENTI DEL TUTTO INESISTENTE!!!!!!!!!! Un mancanza assoluta di professionalità e serietà. Del tutto incapaci di lavorare. Poi all'interno della confezione ti mandano bigliettini con battutine umoristiche del tutto inutili. Meglio sarebbe organizzarsi bene per poter dare un servizio decente e non improvvisarsi in questo lavoro di merchandising, come è chiaro che sia successo a chi si occupa di produrre e spedire i prodotti da questo sito.
