This is a scam website. They do not deliver anything. Like other reviews in here indicate, no items are ever sent from them. Rather throw your money in the river!

Avoid this company, fantastic website, great prices but no goods are delivered, paid for side steps for a defender, already 2 weeks since order and a week past the delivery date, I've called , emailed and tried to web chat , no response.
Dpd tracking states "no goods received" .
Don't waste your time or money, go somewhere else for your parts.
Initiated a dispute with my card company.
What a scam this is.

Bought a set of side steps last summer, no fitting instructions included so had to chase for them. In the end took steps to be professionally fitted. Fast forward to now and the steps are losing all of their black paint (in more than one spot). Tried contacting Arkham and have failed miserably. My advice… stay well clear of them

After 5 months they send the part,the worst company ever!

Delivery took close to 3 months without any communication. You did not reply on phone or e-mails.

Never again, 1 Year waiting

Thought I’d been scammed! No phone numbers, no replies to my emails or direct messages. I think I was lucky to receive the alloys in the end. I would avoid this company at all costs. The website looks great but I hadn’t seen any reviews prior to purchasing. The alloys were damaged in transit too.

Haven't received goods and I can't get hold of them for a refund

Delivery date came and went, tracking never updated on shop, emails go unanswered, chat on the site never responds and the nail in the coffin....the phone number doesn't work anymore. Stay away folks.

Good product , but had to wait for it compared to other sites

Don’t order from this company. Like other reviews on here I placed an order then didn’t receive goods within two week so contacted them only to be told staff off sick so dispatch was delayed. Still no sight of goods and they don’t respond to emails or messages.

It took 2 months to get here and when I opened it it was not what I ordered

This company are scammers. After paying for the goods on the e-shop, no one communicates further. Watch your money

Ordered my side steps two weeks ago still no update on delivery
Emailed a couple of times to be told staff are sick and will send when possible after i was told 28th august for delivery
No response to last email
Iv asked for a refund no response
I went off this website by checking reviews and seen it was ment to be a good company
Very dissoppointed
Also phone number does not work
