Experienced the unpleasant side of this business when their construction waste was fly tipped on our home access driveway. We managed to track them down and the waste was removed, however as with most victims of such a disgusting practice, and regardless of bold promises to do the right thing by reimbursing us for the cost of replacing smashed locks to gain access and clear away left behind residual waste, no reimbursement has been forthcoming. The only upside being that the Local Authority issued a fly tipping fine, and the police charged the fly tipping vehicles driver with criminal damage.

Such an experience leaves a lasting impression that this company may be resplendent without, but somewhat rotten within.

Unfortunately I can’t provide any reviews about their work but my experience with regards to their customer service and communication are not good at all. They took quite some time to initially get back to me regarding a request for a quotation for an extension, eventually someone came out and assessed what the project was about and very kindly said he would get back to me with a quote asap. Today after nearly a month, numerous chasers some of them simply ignored, I still don’t have a quote.

We just finished our kitchen renovation, and honestly I can’t recommend Vlasi and his team enough. Main works included removal of a structural wall to create open plan space. We received the Building Warrant within a month of applying, the installation took longer than promised (3 weeks) but very very happy with the end result.

I assigned the refurbishment of the living room and the kitchen to Arkiton Design.

Works mainly included new floors in the living room area, new kitchen fitting, removal of load-bearing wall.

Vlassis who is the director of the company has been very helpful and supportive during the whole process.

The project wasn’t delivered on the agreed date due to pandemic inconveniences. But the result was great.

Highly recommended Company. They done a small refurbishment on my coffee shop within my tight deadline. Many Thanks

We used Arkiton in 2019 & 2020 and we are extremely Happy with their complete renovation of our rental flats. Their regular progress updates with photos gave us confidence that the projects were always on track. We would have no hesitation in recommending Vlasi and his team.

The service and price are completely different from what I experienced from other architectural design company's. The changes they suggested were completely on point. My family loves the new design, the old design was consuming too much space and it was unnecessary. The one they suggested is amazing. Highly recommended

The team at Arkiton were very professional and they met the deadline without a hassle. The quality of work they produced was of very good standard but thats what i can expect from most good quality companies but what i got here especially that makes me want to recommend them is the highly friendly and interactive way they dealt with me whilst doing the work professionally. As a man who loves customer service where i see it this was a great experience i hope they grow more :)

We Recently purchased a BTL property that was renovated by Arkiton. What can I say, simply stunning with such attention to detail in the finish. My purchase was the second property seen renovated by Arkiton and we would have bough it if it hadn’t been top floor. The Architect really made the space unique and unlike other Architectural Practises they have their own inhouse Joiners & Builders which is usually not the case. We will definitely love to work with them on our next project. Highly recommended!
