They had the best support I have ever had from a hosting company. When I posted in discord someone always answered and quickly it was crazy, I was expecting to wait at least a hour but nope these guys were responding within 10 minutes sometimes faster. And, the ticket system at most I waited a hour which I was a little surprised at but still one hour over 3 to 5 with my last host Ill take it.

Christian was very helpful in setting up our server for us and even gave us hints and tips as he also has an ark survival evolved community of his own for the past several years.

He answered all of my questions and was professional throughout. I would never choose any other hosting for ARK, ASHosting will always be my go to host.

One of the best hosts I have had the pleasure to host with. We had a a couple of problems at first but the support team was very helpful and fixed the problems, no problems experienced since then.

repeated almost daily failures panel,administrator instead of solving the problem after talking on discord blocked my access to the panel and began to say that I am a kid

The prices are very cheap and the services are quite good, too bad for the lack of a guided user interface for organizing the mods, but, as far I know, it's common in may hosts, so it's ok.
The staff is always available for help on discord and they have a nice tutorial section. Keep it up!

I purchased a 30 slot server for ark to run the survivalplus mod for mainly my fam and friends but also anyone else who wants to join and enjoy. After setting everything up i ran into issues. The ASHOSTING team jumped on it. Ticket after ticket they dealt with me bugging them trying to get my issue solved including the founder and ceo Carl (definitely the man). They had very quick response times and were willing to do anything to help me resolve my problem. Ive dealt with a few hosting companies and the worst part is usually customer service but not these guys they definitely earned my business and i wont go anywhere else for any of my server needs. If u want a reliable place to go threw for a server these are the guys i would definitely recommend hands down. Special thanks to Carl and Christian for dealing with me and helping me get this solved and fixed!!!!

AS Hosting is everything that they say they are. I have 6 maps with 6 performance packages on an Ark PVP cluster. Everything runs smoothly. There is never any lag and all the members of my server are very happy. The owner of AS Hosting is very helpful and he has created a community of people that assist with any questions you have when it comes to setting up or running your server. Thank you AS Hosting! I highly recommend them.

ASHosting has an excellent preformance record, and Is a top rate company.
They care about how your server runs, if I do have any issues they either take care of it asap or assist you with the problems. If I run into ini issues which happens a lot when changing mods or using custom maps, They jump in and help out giving advise as needed.
They are set up to auto update mods which takes the worry out of it for you.
They often run Specials through Battlematric's which gives you an even better price for running/hosting your own server.
they also have discord for easy access to updates and bug reporting or FAQ's.

The discord is very good and the community is full of very nice people the admins are very helpful too they update the server whenever someone says that something is wrong and always help players a lot

For the price of the servers the performance is better than i had hoped. The up time is far better than other hosting company's. The auto mod updates are amazing. The support team is very helpful. Best discord community around.
